Denise in Customer Service is an angel and this Job Lot is so lucky to have her on their the team. She was so kind over the phone when I called with a damaged return concern. She was even MORE kind in person as she called at least 5+ different Job Lots to track down an item I was hoping to make an even exchange for. Finding retail workers that genuinely care about the customers is hard to come by these days, but Denise went above and beyond my expectations to give me the absolute best customer service.
