Literally was in and out in about four minutes picking up an online order I made last night. Actually didn't expect it to be processed today considering it's technically not a business day. I was pleasantly surprised when the app pinged "Order Ready for Pickup" early this morning. So all the way around from App to hand the process was excellent. ~Michael

I was in line 15 to 20 min. Because a woman could not find her coupons On line. So she steps out of line. So everyone in font me went through the lines. So when it is my time. Get behind the woman because her stuff was in the floor. That is wrong thing to do they need to retrain them. I just go to Walmart from now own. ~Jerry

We are closing our checking account with Central Bank today. When we opened this account about 8 years ago, it did not require a $500 minimum. In December, we were charged a $6.00 fee. I called to ask what it was and where did it come from. She said our balance went under $500 and said they started requiring a $500 minimum last March. We went about $3.00 under $500 for part of a day in February before we made a deposit. and were charged $6.00 again. We knew nothing about this change and had never been notified by a letter in the mail or anything. We are done with this bank. ~Kathy

Considering the circumstances at Savannah CB&S - Drive through being to small, ATM being inconveniently located, not enough tellers which leads to long wait times and only one drive through in town - none of which the tellers (Wendy and Amanda) can control, I would say they do a damn good job! They have never been rude to me and I have been using them for 5+years. So 5 stars to the tellers and 2 for their corporate office for not taking care of them. ~Sabrina
