I joined BJ's primarily to save money on gas, but the experience has been a great disappointment because on any given day I can find cheaper gas near me, even when you buy gas with the Mastercard credit card! That's why I chose 3 stars instead of 5 stars. It's convenient to shop at a club that has such a variety of items, but I'm single and often cannot buy family packs if they are perishable items. More likely than not, I will not be renewing my membership there. Plus, the closest store is about 9-10 miles away from my residence... Sorry BJ's, but today is not your day!

I am ashame that BJs in Coral Springs would allow a dog with a dog bed inside the shopping cart. I am animal lover, but when you put an animal in a place that I l put food in it beyond comprehension. This is not a service dog. According to ADA service dogs performs an act that alerts a person of dangers or other events. Lap or companion dogs (animal) are not protected under the ADA. This was a companion dog.in the shopping cart. I will be reporting this to the City and County health unit.

I really don’t leave many reviews but this is deserved. First I got to say I’ve been a member of BJs for more than 12 years, this particular location I have been coming to for the past 5 years… never had a problem, not sure if it is the impact of Covid but their customer service just went to 0 in the last couple of years …. there’s none…. Cashiers are rude, lazy… look at you up and down in a condescending way….. they really don’t even try…. mind you we are paying costumers….. bottom line….. they lost a costumer, I will now try the one in parkland and hope is better…… too bad this place went down!

The bank that holds this BJ’s credit card is Comenity Bank, they have the worst customer service, they don’t have an app, you have to use the website only. If you set up autopay and make numerous payments before then, they will still process the autopay on top of all your payments. No other credit card company does that! They are so old school operations and not friendly. So disappointed ☹️ overall. I ONLY like the card for the cheaper gas.

I experienced terrible customer service at this location that I’ve never received at any bj location and I’m coming from up north. First I was attacked at the door to show my bjs card and then upon leaving the man at the door on 2/15/2022 @ 9:00pm took his time checking around my cart and inside my basket but let the people directly behind me walk out in seconds. Let’s keep in mind my boyfriend and I are African American and Hispanic. I call it how I see it ! Racist . Need to do better, second time at this location and a different set of employee doing the same thing. I will not be returning to this location and now considering my membership with bjs.

My dad and I spent thousands of dollars at this location with no problems. Today will be the last time shopping at this location due to the rude staffs at customer service. My father wanted to ask the tall rude boy about an item he was searching for and he answered the phone as he walked up, which was no problem. He kept pointing to his coworkers and said go ask them. When my father did, they just said that they think it's in the back somewhere and one shouted out that the checkout lane was clear. Worst customer service ever. They didn't even attempt to help.

I usually visit once a week and the store is clean, stocked, and checkout is fairly easy. The Big shortcoming of this location, they consistently never fill the windshield cleaning buckets at the gas area. I have mentioned it to the assistant manager, that visit the attendant was sitting using his phone. That was early, no one paying with cash. That is the time to fill them, check the area, do your JOB!!

This BJ's location has it all your needs covered. Be it your monthly or weekly grocery shopping, fruits, vegetables, poultry, meat or dairy products, they have everything. Moreover they also have electronics, furniture items, clothes and everything inbetween. The store is well laid out and always kept clean.

The best place to shop for your home, office and family. Lots of great selections. You can find just about anything you need And more- Electronics, snacks, clothes, bulk size water, wine, beer, propane, flowers, gifts cards, toiletries, animal food and supplies, baby supplies, housewares, decorations, books, magazines, toys, garden supplies, shoes, mattresses, office supplies and furniture, fresh vegetables and fruits, deli meat, bakery, pastries, frozen foods- etc ... This is a great location is coral springs, right next to the mall. Prices can't be beat here. Definitely come with a hefty wallet as mostly everything here is bulk size. I also like coming here just for a quick dinner option. There's a lot of fresh and frozen easy meals to choose from. This store is always clean, well stocked and organized. The staff are few but friendly. The parking lot is a little awkward though. There's a liquor store attached and a convenient gas station which you can get a great savings on your gas price after you do your shopping. There's a Dunkin Donuts inside. I like the selections here better than the other mega supermarkets nearby. It's really worth the yearly membership fee.

This bj's is more than everything. The employees were amazing, very customer service oriented. I tried all departments asked questions, looked impatient, tried to make them uncomfortable and not once one employee was rude or not helpful. The membership counter was amazing. The deli food was fresh and hot. They have great prices too. You can get a whole rotisserie chicken for 4.99, perdue for 5.99. If you are a single mom get out there get a membership because if you buy in bulk you save lots of money. Like capri suns a case of 4 boxes was for 6.99, you can get one box somewhere else for 3.99 so it's a deal. The store is exceptionally clean. The shopping experience was excellent like i wasn't a member and joined after that due to outstanding performance, quality and ease of shopping. They also have laptops very competitive prices. Don't sleep on bj's wake tf up. Save money. They also have hands down the best tasting cakes and prices.
