Since I moved to Coral Springs I started going to this location. My first impression, I didn’t feel it too welcoming as my old store. Nonetheless I decided to start using the pharmacy for convenience, what a mistake!! The staff in this pharmacy (especially the lady who helped me today, when I walked in) are everything but welcoming, you’re just another transaction and they want to get rid of you . They make you feel like you’re getting their stuff for free! Today was my worse experience at this particular location. The lady at the pharmacy acted like if she was done with me and I left and when I got to my car I realized that she forgot some stuff and I had to go again, this time through the window. This lady shouldn’t be working with the public. Especially in healthcare! You never know what other people are facing and your attitude could make a difference.

Whomever is in charge of the pharmacy phone line never answers. I’ve been on hold for 25+ minutes multiple times this week. They answer and put it directly back on hold. It does not matter what time you call, no one seems to answer the phone.

This review is for the store, not the pharmacy. I do not use this pharmacy so have no information. The store is great, well stocked and the staff is attentive to your needs. I shop here frequently.

Went to get the COVID-19 vaccine, they have a dedicated line to check in before your appointment. They prepared the vaccine after I checked in and then was given it. Overall the process took 10 minutes from checking in to receiving it. The store is also very nice and it is well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

I go there almost every day to drop FedEx Smart post package , and also to do some on the go purchase never ever a problem . Today 4/4/21 was my worst experience at any retailer store. DIANA didn't know how to scan my package and to make it short was super rude, even told me she was not going to scan it and told me to go to another Walgreens. Little advice Avoid her and this Walgreen location . Minus 1 star will be for them

The pharmacists at this location who served us today need to be ashamed to call themselves healthcare providers. Their attitude itself is enough to ruin your wellness management for the day! Wasted 90 minutes of my life here!! First, without proper validation denied the insurance covered the prescription and after insisting and repeatedly telling them that the Rx is filled via ESI they refused to listen! After which time, they asked me to call the number on the card to confirm. When I refused to do their job (as we very much knew we were covered) and asked them to perform their eligibility verification since they were the ones denying it! After a 40 minute wait they were able to confirm and fill the prescription. However, when it was clearly requested the cream refills be processed as a single transaction, they missed it and first said there were no refills on the prescription and changed the tune to insurance won’t cover it! Yes, insurance won’t cover it if there are multiple claims in one day!!! But, if the pharmacist had done her job straight we wouldn’t be stuck with a prescription wherein the dosage is for 6 weeks and we could be away during this time!! INCOMPETENT!! RUDE!! SORRY I ASSUMED the PHARMACY would be as awesome as the PHOTO LAB but, was highly mistaken!! Learn customer service from your colleagues at the photo lab!! Would give it a no star rating if that was an option!

📸🖼️ Fabulous trip to *Walgreens just got done with ordering picture's and pick them up, didn't know I get it there, nice! Thank you Walgreen's staff workers, and 🙏Pharmacy! A+ Walgreens Pharmacy ⚖️ also with a Car Drive-thru window outside, so either you'll like to pick up medicine inside, or outside it's up to you, 👌 you have many option's. Thank you so much for warm welcome & off to other stores conveniently nearby to Walgreens/Pharmacy/🍺, but right close-by restaurant is Pollo🌴Tropical, and Chevron Gas Station, ⛽, 🎯🍕☕Target,😁🎁Ross Store, 💅 & so 🛏️ many great place's to explore, so many other stores, just to name a few keep staying safe & Enjoy!

The Walgreens should be rated against the standard of other Walgreens. This location is above that standard. The pharmacy is great both either the accuracy and customer service. I have also found them to be very helpful in finding over the counter medications. The rest of the store is a mix of toys, makeup, soda pop and small trinkets. It’s a great place to wonder around and pick up some fun things. I am not a huge fan of what the photo department has turned into. These days, no one gets film processed and the printing the photo department does is standard at best. Over all the store is clean and the service is friendly.
