Got a text message regarding an insurance issue with my medication. Sat in line from 5:45- 6:20 line was stretched around the corner . . The lady at the window informed me that they never received anything. I show her the text which states I have two medications ready, and I asked her. Was it deleted? She calmly replies. Maybe. I literally said okay and drove off.

I have never worked here and even I know if you see 3 or more people in line you call out “ic3” over the intercom. This location does not do that ever! The employees here just talk and hang out. Never around when you need them!

Normally I dont like to make a complaint, but its already to many. Yesterday I went to this store to buy something that I was going to order online, but I needed them so I went to the store. In the corridor where the razors are, the offer was not indicated. So I went to the cash register to ask the price and if he had the same offer. The cashier looked at me as if she was absent to help me and told me we don't check the price, when you're ready to pay simply remove it if you don't want it, I replied that I just wanted to know if it had the same special, she told me you saw it marked with the offer and I replied that no but online and the flyer said that I had the special was the second at half price. Her response was once I am ready to check out she can help me, she doesn't check prices before that. My question if Walgreens doesn't have a scanner for price check and my phone doesn't have a signal inside the store how the hell do I check the price??? This Hindu lady is very rude. And this incident is not the first.

Store had nothing!!!! No Gatorade, no orange juice, almost barely any pain reliever medicine (can’t believe I actually found one). How are you a pharmacy and you barely have any medicine? I honestly would be embarrassed if I was the owner of this Walgreens.

Worst place ever. Manager ( so she claims) Dannia is extremely rude and unprofessional. They take no calls in pharmacy when busy - no apology. She keeps a filthy store and has no manners. Rudest person in there

1 Star for the Pharmacy. I had to transfer for a refill from another pharmacy. The lady was nice and helpful taking my informatin. However, I'm sure she got distracted and never put anything in the system. I called the next day to pick up and the guy had no information on file. They said that called but no one called back to approve. When I called the original pharmacy I got through in 5 min. However, calling back to Walgreen Pharmacy is at least 30 min on hold every time. Another day went by with no results. Now I have to drive for 1 hour at 7am just so I can get back on time for my father to take his heart medication. Not sure how they stay in business but I'm never going back! Complete disappointment

Nasty uncaring pharmacy that I have ever been to! I called Wallgreens on W. Sample road to ask if my medication came in yet because it was on back order and I was told yes that it came in and they had my medication. Ten minutes later Wallgreens texted me that they didn’t have my medication so I called them to ask what was going on, I was told I never called or spoke to anyone in Wallgreens about my medication, I asked to speak to a manager and the Manager told me in a very nasty and unprofessional manner that I had never spoke to anybody in his pharmacy about my medication because the pharmacy techs were not allowed to give out information about any medications unless They had a prescription WHICH I DID INFACT HAVE A PRESCRIPTION THERE! I said if I didn’t speak with anyone then why did I get a text from Wallgreens? I told him that every other time I had ever called there I was always given information about my medication. Because of the pandemic I haven’t been able to get one of my medications for over a month. When I was told that they finally got my medication in I was relieved but it was all a lie from them not me! Instead of this Manager apologizing he just kept speaking to me nasty and repeating that I never spoke to anyone on the phone! My new insurance doesn’t allow me to go to CVS anymore which I miss because when I went to CVS I was treated with respect , they knew me by name and they were always helpful and courteous! I will never go to that Wallgreens on W. Sample road again!

Today was going to be my last day visiting this drive-through Pharmacy. I have been through it approximately 5 times so far. Each time I sit at the window for at least 10 minutes before I'm even noticed let alone helped. They are always very busy. And no one ever looks or acknowledges you making the wait even more annoying But today a girl named Tracy in the pharmacy changed all of that! Not only did she greet me with a smile the script was not filled but should have been so she filled it herself for me. My insurance did not cover it. She told me to go to a website and look for a coupon and I didn't understand what she meant. She took my cell phone from me went to the website and applyed the coupon for me. She was so kind and so friendly and so helpful and I would now go back to that Walgreens again. Thank you Tracy! I hope your bosses see this and applaud your work ethic and demeanor!
