On 6/12 I waited from 5;50 until 6 to be told the coffee machine was down but they had a sign saying coffee was 50% off? I have a feeling they were in a rush to go home instead. The only reason I went is because nowhere else had coffee. Place is a joke if they have a huge sign promoting coffee but machine is “ down” yes down bc they didn’t want to clean it again probably.

Ordered milkshake off doordash and it came in a open bag with no straw. Called door dash they said was the restaurants fault. Called the restaurant and they said that the straw must’ve fell out the stapled bag told her my bag was NOT stapled she just kept saying I’m sorry I don’t know who made that lol That drink was so melted then chunky at the bottom how are you supposed to drink that I threw it away. Waste of money

Julio and the rest of the employees are amazing!! Great customer service. The only problem is the paper straws😭 they disintegrate while drinking the milkshake. Otherwise, EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

Very rude service. Cashiers just don’t want to be there. Horrible. I stopped by for an ice cream and the rude server told me it was cash only. No explanation. He should have said, go home, because that’s what he really wanted to say. So rude I almost didn’t believe him. Came back 20 mins later. My husband really wanted something. There was some manager there. We asked if it was still cash only, this guy was worse. Nasty. Barely could take the time to answer us. Awful. You need to hire some better people. It’s a mall. You’re going to get business. It’s a shame too because so many people need jobs.

Yum! Delicious ice cream served with a smile. My favorite are the waffle cones dipped in chocolate and special coatings. Great location center of the mall. It’s the perfect pick me up In between shopping 🛍
