don’t come to this cvs pharmacy it’s the worst pharmacy ever and very slow also you have to wait 2 days to 3 days to get your prescription ready

Worst pharmacy ever. I transferred to Atlantic and university because I couldn’t deal with the hour waiting in a line. The people that work in the pharmacy have no care for the customers at all. Rudest customer service ever. I have never been so aggravated picking up meds before.

The pharmacy manager Merlaine at this location is TRASH. I stop by to pick up blood pressure medication. On the bottle the RX is written 2 pills a day for 30 days = 60 pills. When I arrived I told Pharmacy manager Merlaine why do I only have 30 pills. She said that how your doctor wrote it. Obviously something is wrong. I said okay it suppose to total of 60 pills. Pharmacy manager wanted me to wait I was like look I have kids in car I can't wait I will come back. I came back 7 days later the prescription still wasn't filled. The pharmacy manager at this store is TRASH. The pharmacy manager at this location dosen't respect customers time. I end up transferring to a different location the pharmacy manager is terrible no attention to details just rolling her eyes and f%&&$& up people Rx..

A new head pharmacist seemingly deals with a narcissistic personality disorder. I was told she’s being transferred due to an incident myself and others have had with her. And blurting out a customers medication in front of others likely qualifies as a HIPAA violation. I’ve since transferred all rx to the CVS in target and am happy I did. What a difference. I do miss Yolanda and Trudy though. These women are the lifeline to this location.

The most horrendos Pharmacy!!!! Promised my prescription would be filled in an hour and took two days. Stood in line with people who had the same issue 3 and 4 days!!!! Poor system!

Wonderful customer!!!! 2 young ladies helped me above and beyond with my passport photos and self check out... I think the names were Abby and Dee.. true assets to CVS

The CVS management at this location is clearly not doing what they need to do. The restroom is disgusting to say the least. Especially during a "pandemic".. See the photos attached. I can't believe they keep the bathroom like this. I felt infected as soon as I walked in. This is a public place and needs to take more pride in their work ethic and put priorities in keeping their establishment sanitary! This is just wrong!!!

The people who work there are nice, but it's amazing how out of the 6 times I've had to come, the 6 times they've managed to mess up. The prescriptions are never there on time, they start "getting it ready" as soon as you get there and give you your stuff after having you wait for an hour minimum. The drive thru is also a nightmare. Super slow.

"rapid" covid test, drive-thru. use some another place. in different cvs location it takes 1-2hr. here - more than 2 days, and it still not ready. look like they sent test to some different location with fedex or usps, possible to nasa lab on Mars.

After several bad experiences, I’m done with this pharmacy. The drive up lines are always horribly long, even if you’re the only car expect to wait 10-15 minutes. The staff is confused and incompetent. Most recently, they failed to fill a prescription that was called in for us. A few days later I called and they said they don’t know what happened but come in an hour. A few hours later when I arrived, the RX still was not filled. They told me to wait 10 minutes. 15 minutes later it still wasn’t ready and they said the computers were down. This was the last straw. I’m done!
