We traveled to Panama City Beach and unfortunately got a flat tire. We knew from our local Sam’s Club that the service would be great and we weren’t disappointed. They fixed the tire quickly and even accommodated our napping child when it was time to get the tire back on. Thanks so much for helping our vacation get back on track!

Their new app scan and pay feature is great and a huge time saver. They do need to have more than one person at the exit checking carts though.

Love sams nice employees clean nice helpful cashiers and eye center Front Door clerks are normally completely rude and want to scan every single item in my buggy. Why not scan and go with me.

One of my all time favorite Club discount stores. Shopping at Sam's is more likened to shopping world markets ... you can always expect the best prices for everything from gasoline to wild caught salmon to the best tires to landscape tools to outstanding electronics to fresh fruits. Berries & vegetables & USDA premium steaks!!! The service is the best of the best. New products keep me coming back about twice a week. Update: I normally have no complaints about this store. This review is about pick up only. The manager called this evening and offered a refund. He was very nice. Don't be like me and not dbl check your order. It's bad policy to have employees chatting with one another and not focusing on the order. Original post: Did pick up. Had trouble signing in because name is spelt wrong on my card. Two employees brought my order out - small order -visiting with each other the entire time didn't communicate with me. Tossed things in the back and dropped an item on the ground. Didn't get my milk. Called as was told I could come get it. It's 1hr round trip. Asked for a refund took my name and said would give it to someone. I asked if they would call to let me know and employee asked if I wanted to be called. YES, I'd like to know if I'm getting a credit. My fault for not dbl checking, but it was my first time and I was already frustrated after trying to sign in.

Had trouble last year at this Sam's club. Brought back a television I had bought two months prior and was told they no longer carried Vizio tvs. Said I could pick out a different brand. Then she said my membership was expired. I said it has been renewed three months ago but made me pay again. Same thing this year. I renewed online last month and my card wouldn't work at the fuel pump. Went inside and both ladies told me I had not renewed. Finally another lady (Alexandria) came over and got it straightened out in short order. She was a breath of fresh air after several bad experiences at the Panama City Sam's. Thank You Alexandria for your Customer Service.

I'm a new sams club member. I'm not really impressed. Wanted to buy a lawnmower. I asked a lady if there was anyone who could help me with lifting it. She said not really. You'll need to go get a flat cart and maybe if you find a man wearing one of these blue vests he might help, but probably not. Didn't buy the mower. So much stuff didn't seem to be a lot cheaper than just going to a regular store. It's crowded and crazy. I decided I'll just shop online and pick up when I decide to shop there again. Nope. Only Super Elite Special club members get that privilege for free very soon. Minions have to pay 4 dollars. No way I'm doing that and no way do I want to become a super special elite club member. The store isn't that special and their gas isn't really cheaper than anywhere else.

I was looking for a hair product for my son. The employee (unfortunately I don't recall any of the names involved) I asked went to ask the opinion of another- before I knew it we had the manager helping us. I truly appreciated the personalized service I received over something like hair product!

Love a warehouse retail store. Store seems spacious. Staffs were friendly. No liquor sold here. Gas sold here. Found what we needed. Efficient pull up carport loading area.
