Great people over there at Advanced Auto helped me install a battery while on vacation!! They cleaned off all the corroded parts of the battery terminals even emptied out the tray the battery sits in and did it before we both got soaking wet with a storm coming in and when something goes wrong on vacation this was one of the things that made it not so bad. Thank you thank you thank you!!

Give him a 3-star because everytime I call it's like they're always so busy and put you on hold forever well I don't have time for that but they're pretty knowledgeable on the parts better than AutoZone for sure I use them quite frequently not bad good customer service as long as you're not calling I'll be back

Had a problem with my truck check engine light. While driving to PCB My truck started misfiring. So I had to limp about 30 miles to condo. Then went to parts store. They young man was very helpful using the scan tool and told me what cylinder it was. Got me the parts. Went back to Condo and put parts on and truck ran great.

I stopped in due to my car night starting last night to have battery checked. The young man that waited on me ( I didn’t get his name) was very respectful and helpful. He did a check of my battery which was fine and than checked my other systems. Everything checked out ok and he did not try to sell me anything I did not need. He made suggestions on what May have happened and how to prevent future instances. I couldn’t have been more pleased.

Great store. If they don't have what I need they always offer to order it. Today they checked my battery for free and told me it was still good. I was ready to buy a new one because it's left me stranded twice recently but they said I don't need a new one.

The guy working in there was super helpful. We needed freon for the air it was on the 100° temps so he helped us. Very kind and helpful these type of guys don't usually exist anymore. Hats off to him.
