Do not use ATM or credit card here card numbers are apparently stolen from this store I used my card here and 20 min later 300 dollars was taken out of my account. Save yourself the time and energy stay far away.

They can’t do passport photos because they don’t have a camera. No covid tests in stock. Pretty typical of the DC CVS locations. They’re all terrible

Relatively new store so very clean and modern, seems like we're still working on how to organize shells and stocking

Most depressing CVS in DC. A man with a gun and a bulletproof vest has to help you pick out toothpaste, body wash, etc. because it’s all locked up. Everything else is in short supply. No self-checkout. If Whole Foods a block away can manage to let people check out and get whatever they want without an armed guard, why can’t CVS?

All you need to survive is here but there are no self-checkout options at this CVS store so in the case of zombie apocalypse you will die because you have to wait way too long.

Place would be nice if they didn’t lock up everything. Also the place is understaffed.

This store is consistently poorly stocked and never has items on sale that you could find on sale at every other CVS location. Whatever it is you are looking for, you probably won't find it here.

I like CVS pharmacies both in Washington DC & New York & we had a great experience there yesterday @CVS DC. Marchelle had been very nice , courteous with her sense of humor which made us laugh…My son had his covid vaccine booster & we were very happy of their services!!! Thank you very much!!! Happy New Year!!!

I can't speak for the rest of the store, as I haven't done much shopping here, but the pharmacy is truly not as bad as the reviews make it out to be. After working with multiple helpful pharmacy staff members, I wonder if the reviews are old and may not reflect the current state of the pharmacy. I had an issue that was entirely my fault, and the pharmacy staff explained clearly, exactly what I needed to do to correct the issue, and worked with me to ensure I got what I needed. This is not a 5 star store, but based on the other reviews, things are certainly improving.

Get ready to wait ~15 minutes if you ever need something that is locked behind the glass. Although that is the case for many CVS locations in DC I've found. You'll ring the bell and nobody will come. You'll probably have to go get someone. Also can someone please explain why Dove or Nivea body wash really needs to be under lock and key?
