How a gigantic corporation like CVS, who own an entire health insurance company (Aetna) is so grossly incompetent is beyond me. The staff are rude. If you ask them a question, they seem like you've asked them for the world. They lose prescriptions. They will send a text message saying it's ready, and it's not. The pharmacy staff must be overworked (even though it seems like there is a lot of dilly dallying and people sitting around), but a company like CVS should be able to find employees who they can pay a decent amount to actually be responsive to the customer.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Staff is rude, often lies to patients, interrupts constantly, and quizzed me about why my doctor would prescribe something based on a legally protected identity category. Just stunning anyone who's been here once would ever choose to go again.

Pharmacist Neb was really helpful filling my prescription for me today - it was ready in under 15 minutes! I don't usually have my prescriptions filled at this CVS but there seemed to be an issue with the online prescription refill service when I tried at the CVS in Burtonsville where I usually have the prescription refilled and mailed to me and this CVS is near my office. Thank you Neb!

The woman who saw me wouldn't come to the plexiglass and made me yell my phone number to her to register my details (which I was not comfortable about), wouldn't come over the counter when I couldn't understand what she was saying and then called me a liar when I said that my insurance had been accepted by CVS the previous year. The worst drive-through pharmacy ever! Be warned, you will literally sit in line for at least 30-40 minutes guaranteed. They'd be better off closing the drive through service, because it's customer service is beyond horrible.

Zero stars should be an option. Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. I was trying to get my second vaccine only two days earlier because I’ll b traveling outside the country for five months. I will be outside the country for the second vax appointment. I know it’s ok to get it two days earlier, I checked with my doctor. He barked at me from 10 feet away, “No! It won’t be effective!” I told him my situation and he shouted, “NO! It won’t work!” He was wearing his mask loosely and under his nose. 16 months into the pandemic, he should know how to wear a mask and set an example and know basic info on vaccines.

I signed up for a flu shot online, got a text confirming my appointment, and when I got there, they told me they are out of the flu vaccine. Surely CVS could link their computers so the website doesn't schedule people (and confirm appointments) at a location that doesn't have the vaccine. I've had multiple problems with this pharmacy, including several instances of them failing to notifying me when they were out of a drug for which they had already promised to fulfill a prescription.

This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will try to be objective and not biased in my review. It took 83 calls to get my medication and of those 83 calls, at least 20 of those calls have resulted in someone picking up then immediately hanging up. Communication wise, they told me my medication would take another 3 days, then another 4 days, then another 3 days, then another 3 days. This has resulted in at least 5 hours wasted in person. On the phone, they have wasted at least 10 hours of my time. This enraged me to the point that I will personally and actively go out of my way to dissuade anyone from using any cvs service or product ever again. So far I've convinced 10 individuals in 2 months and I plan to increase this number by quite a bit throughout my life.

The pharmacist was straight up rude and cruel over the phone and yelled at me that my prescription refill wasn’t ready. I called the doctor and confirmed it had been sent in and finally just had to transfer to another CVS location because this one was so incompetent. Haven’t had this problem at any other location. Fire the pharmacist.
