Your experience will depend on the staff. The other day I waited in customer care for about 10 min while she took a line of other customers. It would’ve took 10 seconds to unlock my item and return back to helping others. BUT today Nicholas was there and he sat there and helped me find literally everything I was looking for! Even makeup! Hospitality is a 10 and so is he. Lolol heart eyes :)

I was in a serious jam and in a big time rush, but the manager Kyara did a great job of helping me find the items I needed. She seemed to care as much as I did. I’m not used to this kind of great customer service in 2022, so I had to shout her out on Google. Keep up the great work. That store is lucky to have you.

It’s weird to be told that a place is closed before they’re actually closed, but given the majority of the reviews for this place, it’s really not surprising they would provide substandard service.

Tried to buy a much needed gift bag there but they wouldn’t sell it to me because it wouldn’t scan? Poor customer service and left me in a tough spot.

Racist manager kept pressing “security to the front” button while a black doctor shopped for food. I guess the Dr. looked suspicious in gym clothes!!! This was humiliating and unnecessary.

My doctor sent my prescription to this pharmacy twice and when I call they say they haven’t received anything. No other help offered when I really need my prescription. I’ll be using another pharmacy from now on

I can say that the pharmacy staff was very helpful with my meds. I haven't been asleep in a week and I really needed my meds. And I thought that my insurance wasn't going to cover it and the staff took their time and got it squared away. This CVS is the best and they deserve a bonus. Plus the store is clean and Organized!!! Great Customer Service

The manager Ton is absolutely incredible. I had to make a last minute move and he went above and beyond to keep boxes aside for me to pick up multiple times. He is extremely kind and his customer service is superb. I will always remember this and will come back to this and recommend this CVS location

Cashier was very rude and disrespectful to me today. She did not greet me , or better yet wanted to ring me up . This Cashier is name Carolyn, if I see this behavior continues with employe. I will be contacting HR .

5/13/2020 4:05 pm Contacted CVS about one of my son's insulin while waiting on hold the phone lost connection so I called again I was then contacted to a lady name Shay who was very impatient and rude and didn't allow me to inform the situation going on before trying to cut me. I had to hang up to contact my old CVS and to confirm all my son's prescription was transferred to a new location which it was. I called again and got shay again starting on the phone with negative energy she put me on hold twice without informing me causing me to ask for a supervisor, once on the phone, everything was handled professionally. Shay is unprofessional and doesn't know how to handle a bad situation.
