I waited for more than 45 minutes for my booster shot even though I had made the appointment online and filled out the paperwork online two weeks prior. At present, there are more than 15 people waiting to get access to the pharmacy to pick up medications. Also, there is no social distancing measures in place alAnd this is a place that is supposed to care about such things like COVID.

Was at Pharmacy 8:50 waiting for them to open, they were late- 9:15. A line of 9 people waiting. Finally they got to me & insisted they never received it. After spelling the name & phone number 3X & still no find, I called his Dr in front of her & confirms it was sent electronically. I then waited 55 minutes for the script to be filled NEVER a sorry This store should be shut down, it’s a horror

this particular pharmacy is the worst in the world !!!!! you urgently need to change staff! we wait an hour for the prescription ointment! I am with a small child and your terrible salesman is very bad! I give her baby food which she does not scan the code, and when my little daughter picks up this, then your seller decided at that moment to make the code! I get a lot of tears for my baby, a terrible mood and I waste an hour of my time! awful!

The pharmacist (Karen -- not sure of her last name) at this location has gone way out of her way to help me. I'd give the pharmacy five stars for consistently excellent service. I can't speak to the store more generally.

The hours for the pharmacy are really bad and bizarre. Closed Sunday? Closed at 7 during the week? I can't use the pharmacy anymore because of these silly hours.

Horrible pharmacy staff. Very slow service and we were the only customers there in the morning about 20 mins after opening. Don't come here for pharmacy at all.
