Terrible horrible awful experience The supervisor forgot to turn the head lights off when he did the post trip the night before and killed the battery. It took 2 hours for them to find a provider to jump it . Then we drove less miles than planned but they charged our card $50 extra dollars . They claim the pre trip and post trip pictures of the odometer are wrong????????? Really???? Rip off artists. We are honest hard working people with a family . she your money somewhere else. Please save yourself the trouble.

He was very rude to my mom when she inquired about getting a uhaul. He didn’t welcome her, he started yelling at her and being very rude to the point she walked out. I was really upset to hear how he treated her. If you run a business, this is NOT how you treat your customers.
