There's a guy that works in the pharmacy here at Walmart I got an argument with them over the phone about a month ago he was very rude told me to go down there I was on my phone getting my medicine straightened out with my doctor and he told me to move it along and don't deal with that guy I don't know his name but don't deal with that guy at the pharmacy in Lockport Walmart he's very you know rude and everything don't recommend dealing with him

Dropped off a script for something relatively unusual for a cat. Was told that they could fill it but would have to order it. Found out two days later when I went back in that they could not, in fact, order the medication.

I have used Walmart Pharmacy for many years. Always helpful. I fill prescriptions and have had some of my flu/shingles vaccines there. Some store items have run out on shelves during the past year but I think that's the case everywhere these days.

I’m a provider trying to reach them from 3 days. Always a technician picks up and leaves me on hold forever. They pick up in between and keep saying please stay on hold without even listening to me sometimes. This is bad patient care and can be harmful.

Worst pharmacy! If I could give negative stars. A day and a half to fill a script and still not ready although insurance has already approved it. Don't recommend this pharmacy.

Would rate 0 stars if I could but this site won't let me. The woman pharmacist I had was the WORST EVER. Apparently never heard of HIPPA. Was totally mortified after getting my script filled. This short, dark haired woman talked extremely loud and held my meds up despite there being a huge line and people everywhere. This was the only time and LAST time I will ever get my script filled here. I had switched from Rite Aid over something that I now realize was miniscule. I am now back with Rite Aid and will never switch again. Good job short, dark haired woman from Walmart..who the hell do you think you are? Ugh 🖓😤

Multiple registers at pharmacy..yet only ever 1 maybe 2 people covering one.. Stand in line forever,..sick,with other hacking sick people while ignorant idiots are allowed to also check out their whole cartload of shopping items at pharmacy window. Also saw elderly handicapped people who were in motorized carts being ignored their turn, because there was no way for them to get in the roped area that's set up to wait in..so they had to sit off to the side until someone..(such as myself) was kind enough to say you've been waiting a long time,, go ahead...Very unorganized pharmacy.
