I made an appointment for our kitty for Aug 29th, they called me and offered to see her on Sat Aug 27 at 12:30 pm. They called me at 12:05 pm to tell me I was late and they were cancelling the appointment because my appointment was at 12:00 pm. Very rude and unprofessional. After seeing Dr. Martini for over 40 years. Will never go back after seeing Dr. for over 40 years.

I took my cat in because of the Google reviews. It turned out that this place is extremely unreliable, dishonest, and extremely difficult to work with. I paid $230 for one visit so that I can order cat food online, I even purchased some cat food from them. I did all these just to satisfy the online cat food prescription, but my online order got rejected twice by Dr. Wu and her staff Lauren. Why? I am trying to be safe by ordering stuff online, is this not allowed now? Am I supposed to only buy cat food from Cypress Dog and Cat Hospital? I followed everything they told me, they want to switch food, fine. They said to only order a certain type, fine. Still not good, eh? By the way, they don't like confrontation. If you ask them why your order is cancelled again, they will just hang up on you. So, good luck with this place. You will just pay more and more but you will not get what you need.

The hospital is so different after being sold...its not the same at all. What a shame😥 The end of a great Era. Dr. Martini is still great! Just can't deal with the front office. I have found a new vet that has helped up immensely recently with a retrobulbar abscess. We were referred by a friend at church. There are still great vets out there!! 🐕🐈

I am beyond disappointed by my most recent experience with Cypress Dog & Cat Hospital, and what this vet has become. My family (mom and dad), and now my own family has had many dogs over the last 12 years come to this practice. It has now become all about the money, and true lack of compassion for their clients. I currently have three dogs that go there, and I am also a new mom with my mother in law having 24 hour care, and my father in law in the ICU. Needless to say, it's been a very rough time for us. In the last few weeks two of my three were in for a total of 500 plus (one with a heart condition, the other for a checkup). When my third needed a refill on his prescription diet- they essentially held me hostage and said that if I didn't bring him in for a checkup, that they would not refill the food, despite him being current on his vaccines and in great health. I pleaded with them that I was a new mom and had taken all of the time off I had and to please extend the time I had to bring him in- I had to practically cry to get them to have the Dr call me back and approve the food- at that point he said I had 4 weeks to make the appointment. I called back today to pickup the food and they said I only had 2 weeks of food (but 4 weeks to make the appointment. When I asked them what I could do, they said he will run out of food before you can bring him in. I've pleaded and begged to try and find a solution, but the girl at the front desk was very rude and not empathetic to our situation at all. They've known us for many, many years and they know we take good care of our dogs. Its unfortunate that they are going to play hardball with us during a time of great distress. It brings me to tears that they would add to our load during a time like this.

I want to thank the Doctor and his entire staff for their kindness and helpfulness with my sweet Missy. The Doctor was very precise and thorough with his evaluation. I'm grateful for the compassion shown when it was time to accept the inevitable. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a staff that work from the heart.

Dr. Martini is a wonderful vet. He is helping my dog with seizures. Amanda is a nurse/tech and she is awesome. It gets busy, and they take time with you and your pet, so just have to learn be patient in waiting room. If I could give more ☆ I would.

We have been taking our dogs to Dr Martini for years! He is a great vet!!! Very kind and understanding. He loves the dogs just like they are his family and I have never felt like I have spent too much money for the services provided

I have been going to this clinic for many years with 3 of my dogs and I have been pleased enough to keep coming. They have made a view changes related to getting more money ie having to see a vet for the vaccines that use to be administered by the vet techs and denying me an authorization for a prescription for flea meds until I bring my dog in for a wellness check(he was last seen in 2016). I will find a new clinic.
