My car was stolen recently from Tustin, and ended up abandoned in this Am/Pm location’s parking lot. Omar, the manager had the fore site to call the police first to see if it was stolen before towing my car, and has been beyond patient with me dealing with my insurance company. Also, since I have needed to spend some time at the store, it’s very clean, well supplied and the staff all seem very friendly, but Omar has been awesome!!!

I go here to buy my cigarettes, even though it's a couple miles from home... It's the cheapest place I've found locally, for my brand, even cheaper than the tobacco shop, down the street from home..

Normally my stops for fuel are uneventful. However, this stop had a glitch ... on the store interior display it reported the fuel had been dispensed. I had not received any fuel. The attendant, rather than simply insisting on the information being accurate, got up & verified at the pump no fuel had been dispensed. I was impressed. My experience has taught me the complacency of most individuals is to accept technology blindly -- without verification. I applaud the attendant for the service he provided to me!

April 27,2022 I purchased gas here and my card was fraudulently used from this ARCO gas station with 2 transactions that my bank declined and notified me that this is where the charges came from. Be cautious!!!

Place is my go to for gas but everytime I enter the building its not a good experience. This one employee (young lady always runs to the back for about 5 mins, I could probably grab what I wanted by then) I go into get gas right now I give her 43 and she says 42. I counted it again it was 43. She counts back it's 42. Person behind us start laughing and told her it's 43. She starts counting again I just walked out. I'm a manager at a speedway gas station and I would of fixed that by having a manager present.

Decent prices and everything's well stocked. I come here a lot and haven't had a problem until today. The female cashier was having a phone conversation with her headphones in and went completely silent to me when I brought up my items and she ignored any small talk I made, made me feel like I was interrupting her or something. As I finished she went right back to her phone conversation. Did not feel very welcome here sadly.

Best prices in town for gas if you carry cash. They only accept debit and cash and when you use your debit card to pay for gas there's a $.35 cent charge.
