Very unprofessional. I set up an account and Marco Munoz couldn't even put the correct address in their system from my ID. The branch Manager that I asked to speak to , wouldn't make herself available so I can tell her the problem. Not a single apologie from anyone for there mistake . This just proved to me, They don't care about any of their customers there. CitiBank need to close this office and start over. Hire people who care and want to be there , because this manager doesn't care and it starts with management.

This bank is always busy really busy. The ATMs don't look very clean because they are rarely empty of people. Not sure where there is another Citibank, though, so whenever we need to get money out from our savings account, we belly up and go here. In the same center as Stater Brothers so very busy parking lot.

This is the worst bank I have ever been to. It smells like a public restroom, they have horrible customer service and their representatives are not very knowledgeable. Do yourself a favor and don’t open any accounts with them.

This Citibank can be one of the busiest but they have 2 ATMs, one is a drive through and it is conveniently located on Valley View St in Cypress. The staffs are really fast and accommodating. For your banking needs please visit this branch.

This is the worst bank to deal with. I walked in the cypress branch to check on CD rates and the girl at the desk convinced me to open a saving account instead with a cash bonus offer of $ 600 within 60 days of opening the account. So I deposited in savings instead of CD for the 2 months hoping to get the $ 600 in my account. . Guess what it’s been close to 90 days and I have never seen that money in my account yet . I will make sure I report to better business bureu and close all my accounts with Citibank and this lady misleading new customers for false information just to get my money in there . Now my cd rates have all gone down thanks to this accountant with her false and sweet talks !!!!!!

The Mortgage officer (lady) is so unprofessional and have no follow up skills. I went into the bank to ask for her. They said she will give me a call to schedule an appointment. I went back again after i had waited a week waiting for her call. She called me after two weeks of waiting. She got all my info on the phone and told me she will call me to let me know if i can get a temporary approval. She never called. I called her again she said her computer broke down that she will call me the next day. I waited another two days. I called she never picked up again. I later got tired and went to chase bank and got everything i needed within 3days. Chase was so professional and FAST! Citi is a time waster.

Usually pretty good, but sometimes slow. Its not Bank of America fast. The female manager is not always so helpful, but the rest of the staff is good. Dont let the asain sales lady try to update your account info, she will end up getting your account frozen, and its a nightmqre trying to fix it.

I've been a customer of the Citibank in Cypress since 2010. I have always received excellent customer service, no service fees with a student account, and above average lasting relationships with the staff. I highly recommend Citibank to all friends and family for their financial needs.
