I like going to this location because the people are friendly and very helpful, even if it's not their job to come outside to help me with my vehicle because of liability and stuff like that, they are quick to lend a hand and or explain it to me, never had a bad experience at this location

Lance was my helper and he put the wrong battery in my vechicle 2 times which resulted in spillage and serious bad smell.Dont let him put a battery in ur vechicle!

I went in the other day and was looking for alternator mounting bolts for my truck. I asked the employee at the counter and told me bolts were in aisle 3. I told him I didnt know what kind of bolt I needed and he told me to look at the bottom of the shelf. After looking for a bit I found something that might work but couldn't find the other one I needed. I went back to the employee and asked if he could look in up in his computer and he just told me to go back to the aisle and look. The whole time I'm trying to find 2 bolts he was just talking with his employees. I eventually had to have him go look for a new alternator to figure out what bolt I needed. I ended up spending 45 minutes to get just 2 bolts. Very unprofessional. I will not be shopping at this location again.
