I definitely got screwed over picking up a pair of phones and watches. Worked with a guy named Todd. My monthly total is different from the amount that was initially explained to me, by a significant amount. I previously made an attempt to give the opportunity to remedy some of the situation and was even given the representative’s personal number, however that lead nowhere. I’ve only had T-Mobile my entire life and this is the one time I’ve had a negative experience purchasing devices. The rest of the reviews seem pretty consistent with my experience so don’t be the next bad review. Save the headache and go to a different location.

I wanted to try the T-Mobile Internet Service. The T Mobile store in the Gateway shopping center was extremely helpful in signing me right away with all my info, credit card etc. I was not sure whether I would receive good signal; so he told me that I could bring the Internet Gateway Device back to the store if it did not work. At home, I got a weak reception after trying all the tricks. Returning the Gateway was a nightmare. The store would not take it back and asked me to contact Customer Service. The T-Mobile customer service was a total disaster ! After waiting several minutes on line and then connecting, I was dropped multiple times. They never called me back on my land line or the mobile phone. At the last connection, they told me that the store should accept it.. When I went back to the store; it was closed either for renovation or some other reason ! I went to another store on W. Anderson Lane. That store would not take the Gateway back either. I called the customer service and spent an hour going back and forth between the store rep and the customer service. The Customer Service told me that my Gateway was old and would like to send me a new one. The store rep confirmed I had the newest Gateway ! After transferring the call twice to different reps, they finally cancelled my service and sent me a shipping label. This is the poorest service I have received from both the local stores and the T-Mobile Customer Service..

Bought a pre-paid sim card for 76 dollars, but the sim card did not work in my device VIVO 1906, unable to fix it, best they did is refund the amount, but I still lost 10 dollars for service charge. The customer service is very good helpful and supportive in the location, but the policy sucks, I lost the 10 dollar service for absolutely nothing only 66$ of the 76$ which I paid is coming back. This review is more in T-Mobile, 1. they seem to not have enough bands that works on my phone, T mobile sims do not work in VIVO 1906 2. They took a 10$ service fee for not able fix issue

I would give no stars . Very Sloooooow customer service . With plenty of staff members walking around but none helping customers . I’ve been a T mobile customer for over 8 years and this store makes me want to switch service . Waited for more than 40 minutes and left as they took that long ….

First, they did the old bait switch with me. They told me I was getting on with T-Mobile plan that came with a cool streaming package but when I get there the package no longer exists and they are continuing me with Sprint. Then after jacking the cost up more than $60 a month, the sales rep, rudely accused me and my wife of wasting his time. Wasting HIS time! Was a bad enough experience that we went to Spectrum. NEVER going back to this store

long wait times despite having a appointment, This is one of the few locations with a Cellphone repair capabilities(Done by Assurant). They did not have a replacement for an in-warranty phone so offered to do that shop-to-store replacement for 5$ but after 55 minutes wait told me it's 20$ because I don't have an insurance. Could have told me right during check-in, They had all the info right then. I walked out on principle.

The store was fine when it was Sprint but not as T-Mobile. T-Mobile are forcing very many people to turn perfectly functional phones into electronic waste by capriciously and unnecessarily dropping CDMA support clearly demonstrating that T- Mobile greatly prioritizes profits above ecologicaI impact. The only meaningful solution is for the carriers as a whole to not force customers to convert their phones into electronic waste through carrier caused obsolescence. Apparently the carrier upper management believe there is some other planet to live on after trashing this one via proliferation of electronic waste.

Employees we interacted with were very helpful and knowledgeable. Crowded with customers, but had several employees helping, so wait to be helped was not long. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because wish transactions were quicker and everything could be done in store.
