I was having problems getting a hold of the insurance company to put in a claim for my broken screen. I called my local AT&T store and spoke with a woman named Lee. She told me to come down to the store and she would take care of it for me. I went down and she did exactly what she said. She went above and beyond to help me get my screen fixed!!!
