Stopped in to cash check, the bank was experiencing technical difficulty when I arrived. Israel Velez and Jen Jackson were phenomenal. Welcomed me when I arrived along with apologizing for the wait. Terrible experience for my business. My usual UPS guy Matt is great but every time he is on vacation or out, the driver who takes his route posts that he tried to deliver when he didn't. Today, I watched him barrel out of my driveway without even coming to the door and again he posted we were closed when we weren't. That package he has is time sensitive and is needed for a show for tomorrow, trophies...Now I am completely inconvenienced and have to wait till tonight to pickup at their facility. There is def no excuse for this..... ~The

They were so helpful today. Went in after learning my kid made the volleyball team. The shows she needed weren't in the store but the associate looked online and found us some options and was able to save is some money from buying at another place online. Great place to enjoy yourself while shopping aka spending your money. It was my first time shopping there. I like to go threw every aisle and take my time..all the aisle was clean. Every shelf was stack and in place. I spent more than i planned but i didn't mind. The workers help me when i needed help and was polite. No need to think if you should take a look around Go in and shop.. Please trust me when i say. " it's worth it" $5 below ! ~H

The people at the store on June 25 around 2pm helped me out. They understand my situation was willing to help. I had to buy joy cons from them to get my refurbished switch to start up. For laughs I found how to use the 3rd party adapter for Xbox controller. (Items are not sold in GameStop) ~Kwesi

The store was not that busy.... I've had better visits. I think customer service has fallen off some, friendly yes but you have to go find someone for larger purchases...smh. Over the range microwave, enough option (kind of) but they try to get you with installation and take a way cost to the tune of another $200.00 So if you are dumb enough to pay... If I had more time I would have play them off a competitor to get a lower price. ~BRYAN

Jacob greeted us promptly. He was friendly and approachable and answered all our questions, while allowing us to try all the mattresses and pillows. He was knowledgeable not only about beds, but about all helpful discounts. We got a full-size mattress for the price of a twin plus a free base and mattress cover and 2 free pillows. We are very pleased and will recommend Mattress Firm in general and Jacob in particular. ~helen

Meg and Valerie are very sweet and patient and easy to work with. They do the little extra things (tape, printing labels) for free that other stores charge you for and they do it with a smile. I’ve switched all my shipping to the North Haven FedEx because they are so good. Highly recommend! ~Anthony

My husband and I had a great experience at this Popeyes. This place is understaffed, so you will have to wait a little while to order. We waited in line for about 15 minutes which we were both fine with. The woman who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. She even gave us free chicken tenders! Overall: You will have to wait, but the food tastes amazing and the staff is nice! ~Rachel
