Best shipping and mailing service in North Haven, Connecticut (CT) 2024

Terrible experience for my business. My usual UPS guy Matt is great but every time he is on vacation or out, the driver who takes his route posts that he tried to deliver when he didn't. Today, I watched him barrel out of my driveway without even coming to the door and again he posted we were closed when we weren't. That package he has is time sensitive and is needed for a show for tomorrow, trophies...Now I am completely inconvenienced and have to wait till tonight to pickup at their facility. Meg and Valerie are very sweet and patient and easy to work with. They do the little extra things (tape, printing labels) for free that other stores charge you for and they do it with a smile. I’ve switched all my shipping to the North Haven FedEx because they are so good. Highly recommend! ~Anthony
