Needed help purchasing 3TV’s. The people that worked there seemed incapable of looking up and noticing that someone is waiting for help, and when they did decide that they were going to help someone, they would go to the closest person. No more, never again am I going to shop at Best Buy. It seems to be a part of the stores culture to be not be helpful. Workers seem to go to some back room and stay there instead of waiting on floor to be helpful. Good by Best Buy. I’m done with shopping at your stores

He asked the right questions to help me pick a laptop that would work best for me. He was articulate, had really good information to support my needs and wants, but best of all didn't push his views to make me choose a computer. He walked me through my options with patience.
