It's been a long time since I graced Big Blue, but I'm happy they are still around. It's largely a showroom for the things you were already researching online and I'm thankful for that. Stats and specs are nice, but it's almost a grab bag ordering a TV or monitor without having seen it first. The store was very clean and the staff were very helpful, but not overbearing. I know it's their training, but I used to get annoyed when every other aisle I was getting asked if I'm finding things alright. Today's trip was a store pickup for a CPU that's been hard to get ahold of. BB had the best price this time and the website showed my local store had 2 left. I was happy to lock mine down online and had a quick and easy experience popping down to get it. Thanks, team. Keep it up!

My go-to Best Buy location. I have been coming here since I was a kid. Overall its a great store. It's very big compared to other locations which is nice, and they seem to keep it very up to date. I like it's current setup, and its loaded with new product as well. The staff is fairly friendly here too and I would say MOST times, the staff is very helpful. Overall Rating: 10/10

Cliff took such good care of us. We were exhausted, he was honest, helpful and hilarious. He asked what else we needed, found us great products for what we could spend and then emailed us a proposal of everything by room. He remembered every item we talked about and no pressure. We were just so happy to have this experience after getting sales pitches all day from every other stores!

I doubt They know what customer service is. I came into the store not welcomed. I had to look for someone to help and no one was interested in helping me. After 10mins of looking i found someone and he wasn’t interested in what I needed he only said let me get someone to help you. After that, no one knew what was happening when all I had to do was pick up my order, after requesting for a manager for the 3rd time we found out that my order wasn’t ready and instead of apologizing and showing sympathy for the other store mistake the manager show nothing but indifference and had better things to do in her phone. The worst experience in Best Buy. After buying about 5k in Camaras and gear at least showing some customer appreciation and an apology would of done a lot. Do not go into this place a bunch of people not caring about customers.

Ugh! Best Buy really used to be so excellent for everything digital or electronic. I needed a simple Canon DSLR battery, it stated they had one or two on hand but they didn't. Also, their shelves look barren and sad. There are more empty product spots then there are actual products. I am assuming that the online shopping(online versus brick and mortar) experience has hurt them significantly. Sad

Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. I was treated like a friend they were happy to see. Not just someone they had to deal with. Having worked in retail for years, could never treat my customers like they were just a number . Always made them feel welcome. Would go back again soon.

I bought a LG monitor on 01/31/22 and it stopped working 2 weeks into April 2022. I brought the monitor back to Best Buy and they refused to help me with a refund or repair. They only cover the product for 14 days after purchasing. The only reason I went to Best Buy and didn’t order the monitor online was so I didn’t have to mail it back to the factory, no wonder they are going out of business.

Been a frequent customer here for years, 3/5 stars is not about this location's employees-it's about Best Buy's warranty/returns/exchanges/memberships/cancelations and overall policies screwing me over consistently. It's time to update your business model. You own the industry.

Good experience however Salesperson didn't know they had the product in stock. I only went to this store because on the website it stated item was in stock. I walked around and found it. Then I looked in another isle and there were 3 others of the same item. I bought the item and left.

Washing machine died. Needed a new one within a week. Picked what I wanted online on Best Buy web site but still want to look at it before purchasing. Very impressed by the employee helping us. He knew his facts (as I did from my research) he was personable, not overly friendly and rand us up as well as scheduled our deliver. We were out of there in under an hour. The delivery went smoothly on the day they were scheduled. They removed the old washer, attached the new one. Very reasonable fee for installation as well as free delivery. Very efficient did what they promised. I also like that they have recycling bins for tech. We will definitely return as needed.
