The experience was fine. Customer service was good. But the upselling attempts are a bit overbearing. If I wanted the warranty I'd buy it. I don't need to explain why I don't want it. A simple no thanks should suffice. I'm sure it's policy to push all the extras they do so I don't hold it against the employees. Idk if they get commission on that stuff... Maybe they do. Makes the upselling make sense. But either way. Still annoying.

I went there yesterday to trade in my switch lite but didn't have the charger. So I go in today with the charger and now I'm being told that the screen got scratches on it and they have to send it to a manufacturer. Maybe you should have told me that yesterday instead store clerk was too focused on signing me up for game informer to the point I had to curse him out that I don't want it. Good thing I called their corporate office

-5 STARS I received the email from gamestop that they would be selling the PS5 in store for Black Friday while supplies last. So I knew I had to get their early to have a shot. My brother and I waited outside from 12am - 6am ish. Roughly 45 minutes before they opened an employee comes out and tells the 15 people in front of me and at least 25 behind me that they only had 1 available. Which obviously having spent all night there was a huge disappointment. How is it that the largest retailer of games on BLACK FRIDAY only has 1 of the most anticipated and sought after consoles in history. And advertised like they'd have more. I'd be embarrassed as a business seriously. I'm sure it has a lot to do with Sony not manufacturing enough for retailers to keep up with the demand. But 1 system?! I'll take my money elsewhere In the future thanks.

Love my local Game Stop and the people who work here. They are all friendly and knowledgeable about games and systems. I'm a Zelda fanatic and it's nice going here knowing there are some just like me there. I'm a regular and will never stop going here.

Normally at this location, I have had a good experience for Gamestops. But today I went to buy Luigis Mansion 3. I walked in and I was the only one there and there were 3 employees who never greeted me or asked if I needed help, I gave them the benefit of the doubt though. But it was so odd that they never even said anything when I walked in, everytime I go here they always greet me and ask if I need help, but this time I was completely ignored they did not even look in my direction. I pick up the case and walk up to the counter and one of the employees was playing on his DS and said that I needed to go to the next register, which I found rude and not a good way to attract customers. I stood there for 5 minutes until finally one of them acknowledged me, He had no idea what I was there for until I said something, he took my money, handed me my change and did not even say anything after that. It was awkward and unpleasent, having to wait 5 minutes in an empty store for bad customer service The one at the mall is much better and more consistent to be honest.

Cool staff . its important that they communicate well with young shoppers. Some locations act annoyed. but this staff was happy to service us. my 13 y.o and 8 y.o. know what their looking for and questions to ask. They are the reason i go lol. So this is our go to location.
