Sam! God bless him he was so helpful in my quest to find a computer that would handle my work programs and my gaming. It already arrived at the house and I'm very pleased. Such a great guy to go to all that trouble to help me figure out what I needed. Will be my go-to Best Buy store!

Worst company to purchase products....store employee told me if i opened up a Bestbuy credit card, i would receive 10% back on credit card. I found out weeks later, that isn't true. Bestbuy will issue you 10% in Rewards !!!!! Bestbuy must have told employees to say ANYTHING to get new buyers to purchase!!!! I will NEVER purchase anything else from BESTBUY.......Not a happy customer. WORST store etiquette.

If you're under 18 and want to buy Apple AirPods, avoid this store. A worker at this store recently refused to sell my son Apple AirPods without an adult 18+ accompanying him. When my son came home empty handed, I called Best Buy's corporate customer service number and was told that other than iPhone contracts, any person of any age, race, gender, etc. can purchase Apple products at any Best Buy store. Basically, Best Buy is an equal opportunity seller of Apple products (great!). Apparently, that's not true at this particular store. They gatekeep Apple products to a certain demographic of people.

Best of all he is an excellent technician and took care of my installation quickly and efficiently. He is extremely supportive and helpful, with lots of great information to educate the customer.
