Pride offers fair prices for convenience items, and I believe it provides the best gasoline value in the area. The Costa Rican coffee for $1 is outstanding. I have been to other Pride Stores in Connecticut and Massachusetts. I am writing to thank the employees at this particular store for their uniformly excellent work in these COVID 19 days. I appreciate their efforts to keep the store safe for customers. I am there a few times a week and often see someone wiping the doors, or the gas pumps, or keeping cups, lids, etc., clean and secure. I appreciate people doing this kind of work everywhere, but this crew and its management are excellent. ~James

Let me just say, staff is very accommodating. Saw an item on line for a certain price, at store it was a higher price. Showed cashier the on line price and just like that lower price accepted. Plus she figured out the lowest total with coupons etc which is why I return time after time to B3!! ~Mi

My experience with CVS has been a nightmare. The pharmacist, Scott, is very condescending about my controlled prescription. I had a stroke and I was trying to wean off one prescription to another. I tried to speak to the manager of the store and he is just has bad, telling me to back up which was about two feet away and we both had masks on. He clearly wanted to be at advantage. I didn’t even continue and left the store. I will be talking to CVS corporate about this. ~Nanci

This gas station is very clean. They have a great selection of coffee and snacks at reasonable prices. Conveniently located right in the middle of Simsbury. Parking is a bit confusing sometimes. Overall always a great experience. ~Marco's

I highly recommend their bakery their cakes are absolutely delicious and they do custom flavors. They did a chocolate cake with peanut butter and banana filling and whipped cream frosting for my son and it was quite good! They did an adorable little dinosaur scene on top and everyone at the party was blown away about how great it looked! I won't go anywhere else for my cakes because they do such a great job! ~gina
