Let me just say, staff is very accommodating. Saw an item on line for a certain price, at store it was a higher price. Showed cashier the on line price and just like that lower price accepted. Plus she figured out the lowest total with coupons etc which is why I return time after time to B3!!

The store in Torrington Ct was much nicer, sadly they closed that one. Prices were high. they had an item marked incorrectly and would not honor the price, marked $7.49 for a set of 4 on clearance, manager told me it was for each little plastic container. Not good 😐 since the unopened in a box set of 4 was marked $29. Made no sense 😕

Lovely visit, found exactly what I needed right where I expected it to be. Handed the cashier a boatload of coupons and she put together the best group to use for my purchases. Who could ask for anything more?

The best part about this store is the staff. They are friendly, kind, and happy to help you. My complaints with this store seem to be a corporate issue - they don't have much stock of the items they have, so it's common to see a display item, but not be able to buy it. You can buy online and ship to a store, which is great, but I wish this store had more.
