Can I give less stars? Enough said. This store is a mess. I expected more from west farms and JCPENNEY! Garbage everywhere, clothes and products jumbled, rude staff. Just a horrible store! Clean it up

What a dump ! The parking lot should give you a hint as to what the inside of the store looks like & sure enough, It didn't look clean and bright, it looked like the recovery from one day to the next was not monitored by managers ..actually, by the looks of things, they may not have managers. I went to men's department for a few shirts & couldn't believe the way the folded shirt.. balls of fabric, some folded, but what a mess, sales associates at all. There was at least 6 hangars on the floor, along with tags and other small trash. I found one shirt I liked. All I wanted to do was pay and get out. The escalator was broken, so I used the elevator. There is some sort of office area located next to the elevators..again, a trashy mess. Glass doors dirty and the inside looked like nobody cares and it just keeps getting worse. For a company that was / is on the brink of financial collapse, it is shocking that they don't run a tighter ship. Never going back for any reason. A dump !

Love the selection of clothes even clearance racks are normally pretty well stocked I like how they have a pretty big plus size clothing also

I just walked in the mall spent $125 they want to $.10 cents for a bag so I refuse the bag walked out everything in my hand looked like I was stealing it That’s customer service if somebody spends $125 give them a bag so it doesn’t look like they’re stealing and they get harassed by store employees or security

JC Penney's deals are not as good as they used to be. And the Stafford brand, JC Penney's high quality low price store brand has largely disappeared from the men's section of the store.

A very clean neat well stocked store as far as clothing goes. Housewares doesn't have a large selection. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. So happy they didn't close the Waterbury store!

The department I was hoping to purchase from was unstaffed, in disarray. and not stocked. As I walked thru the store other departments had staff and organized. I was hoping to buy lingerie since I gave loss weight. Hoping to try again.

The store in West farms mall is suppose to close at 7 PM on Sunday’s. I reached the store at 6.20 PM and it was already closed!!!

The parking is always a pain, but the wife loves the place. So no more needs to be said.
