I ordered online, i gave them invoice with order number. but that guy told me no refund because he did not see bank account number on invoice . He just gave me gift card. what the F this store . he just put order number in system , he will see any information but he did not do that. he does not want to refund if you bought . never buy this store again.

It was a really great experience visiting a shoes place after a while. I was ordering shoes from last decade online and i was totally wrong. Shoes is not the thing you buy online and feel comfortable and satisfied after purchase i never was. I visit tried walk around feel the difference in the same size different brands. And enjoy what i pick but still 2e sizes wide sizes particularly fits my feets. Wasnt much available in quantity neither selection. So other than that i totally prefer anyone buying shoes go to the stores direct.

Some prices are ok but they do try to play you with sales. They had buy one get one half off and told me because I was buying a man sneaker vs kid sneaker it did not suffice? What? Bogus as heck! Man size 9 and 7? My son is 12! That was not a difference.
