Five stars are not enough to indicate how far above and beyond Prince went for me and my family when we came into the store Friday night. He gave me two quotes for new phones using every possible discount available and graciously stayed long after closing hours to hook up my new phone and change another line. He knows the products and services available and graciously spent time explaining them to me. Prince also followed up with me the next day to cover all the additional questions I had. 10/10 would recommend seeing Prince at Verizon Wireless in Delmar.

I had a wonderful customer service experience a few nights ago with Nick at the Delmar Verizon store. It was a busy night there and he juggled multiple customers well. He was patient and thorough, answering all of my questions, listening to and truly hearing my family's particular needs for phones, and working to find a solution that worked well for my family. He was pleasant and professional with explaining things to me, even when I had to ask him to explain something again. I was highly impressed with him; he is doing a phenomenal job.

I went into the Verizon store today after having some trouble activating my new phone. The representative Nick was extremely nice and helpful. He called customer service for me and stayed on the line the whole time until everything was set for me. Really a great experience and good atmosphere!

GREAT Customer Service, helpful, funny, and all around good people who work in this store. Was there over the weekend to switch from AT&T to version and get new phones- it was a easy and smooth transition. Very helpful and informational. Will definitely be back for any future purchases and for help (if needed).

I just purchased an iPhone 12 pro max from this location. Excellent customer service from Wilfredo and the other gentleman that were there. Installed my tempered glass and case as well as walked me through everything. Very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend using this location.

Honestly we all know how annoying it can be to bring your mother to get a new phone. With all the questions and such. Wilfredo Baez was amazing with my mom a couple weeks ago when we brought her in to upgrade. I have never been in a better customer service oriented Verizon store before. Usually its lets get you in and out without a real care for tou as a customer here however there was no rush and it was also not a long and miserable wait. We went in chose what we wanted got some good feedback over options and questions were answer we got her the new phone and then we were out of the store not to long after. I definetly reccomend this store we had a great experience!
