I want to clarify that the ATnT store in Delmar/Glenmont now. I want to make sure that is understood. The gentleman's name is escaping me but he was tremendously helpful. Stopped in with an issue to my tablet and Phone. Very helpful, very nice. And, unlike other stores very knowledgeable. Most At&t stores in this area are HORRIBLE. The East Greenbush store in particular is horrible. I stopped going there years ago. Staff was clueless,not nice and not an helpful. Hopefully they have changed. But I wouldn't try it again.

Purchased 6 to 10 devices here. Finally needed customer support for glass repair. Repairman came to my home. Broke my fully functional phone that only had minor glass flaw and he left telling me to wait til my phone cooled to use, that the replacement part was defective. In fact he toasted my hard drive and I lost 2500 important pictures. The real insult are from the support arm of Asurion ATT's insurance company. I have spent 26 hours trying to get this resolved with them not lu k. Went back to store they said not their problem. Still waiting for satisfactoryresponse. DONT BIY ATT, DONT BIY ASURION INSURANCE!

Sean and Rachel provided us with excellent service at our last store visit. We did not make a purchase then. They assisted us to maximize use of our current devices that were previous, recent purchases. Both employees were knowledgeable and extremely tech competent...they did their jobs well and communicated clearly while maintaining a great and respectful attitude. They resolved all of our issues. A true breath of fresh air. We remain loyal to the AT& T brand.

Always dreaded having to upgrade phones until I met Brianna. She has fantastic people skills making the entire experience painless. She explains things on your level. Her knowledge, patience and desire to please the customer is unsurpassed. Her multi tasking ability is awesome. I have taken others to Brianna and they too were beyond pleased with the experience. She is truly an asset to AT&T.
