Once again only frozen drink flavor was fn banana. Nice to drive ten minutes out of the way at the end of the day to be let down by laziness

When I went in the store to purchase gas and products, the cashier was very rude to me. She misunderstood my order, got it wrong, and blamed me. They need to hire more respectful staff.

I've been going here for 10 years. In the last 9 months, it has been absolutely loathsome. The diesel pumps didn't work half the time so I started buying my fuel down the hill. Today I went to get DEF only and pump 28 was dead and failed to dispense product after dinging my credit card. When I asked the young man at the counter about it, he said, "yeah, that's been broken for a while." "How about a sign on the pump?" Blank stare. They're always out of something as far as food, cigarettes or beer goes. They don't carry the speciality coffees like all the other Cumbys in the Northeast do. Bathrooms out of order, or when they work, barely cleaned or stocked. Huge sinkhole right in the middle of the parking lot, by the gasoline islands. It's been like that for 2 months. This should be the highest volume store in the capitol district with it's location. It's the only place that supports the Port of Albany and the truck traffic from all the industry nearby. It's too bad it's so horribly managed. For what it's worth, the staff is polite and friendly.

Love this gas station. Very big lot makes it very easy to get in and out of. The prices match those of nearby stations. The inside of the store is very clean with multiple food options and beer options as well. Prices are pretty decent, and staff are friendly. Also off propane

Cumbys has gone way downhill since the pandemic. Every time you go into the one on the hill in Glenmont they never have iced coffee made when the young male is on at night. He says there isn’t any. Well I’m not stupid. You use regular coffee to brew the iced. It’s filthy but yet they stand there behind the counter on their phones. The other cumbys up by PC closes whenever they want. Most nights it’s 7PM. They can’t get anyone to work after 7? I don’t even try with the one on central Ave in Albany anymore. They are all disgusting and nasty. Stewart’s may be more expensive but you also get what you pay for.

The service is not very good, alot of times the diesel pumps & def don't work right. no supplies to clean windows and crud from mirrors, and when you try to tell the management about it they just ignore you and nothing is done about it. Maybe they should just close it and put a Pilot fuel station there.

Both bathrooms are taped up with an OUT OF ORDER sign..what are the chances? They are just too lazy to clean it. I won't come back to this location unless it's an emergency.

I’ve been using this service station frequently for the past year.Always clean with attentive staff in a safe location makes it a must stop for almost all my refueling. In addition the Cumberland app makes it a joy to shop here.

they are simply not enforcing covid 19 mask regulations. people without masks are using soda fountains and roller buffet. I asked the lady at the counter why and she's said they aren't allowed to say anything. there are signs on the door.. masks required. not enforcing it here.

The employees are extremely cheerful and engaging. You almost never need to wait in line for very long at all because they always have people available to pitch in when the line gets too long. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because of the Dunkin Donuts that makes it so they don't serve coffee or slushies.
