I've been going here for 10 years. In the last 9 months, it has been absolutely loathsome. The diesel pumps didn't work half the time so I started buying my fuel down the hill. Today I went to get DEF only and pump 28 was dead and failed to dispense product after dinging my credit card. When I asked the young man at the counter about it, he said, "yeah, that's been broken for a while."
"How about a sign on the pump?"
Blank stare.
They're always out of something as far as food, cigarettes or beer goes. They don't carry the speciality coffees like all the other Cumbys in the Northeast do.
Bathrooms out of order, or when they work, barely cleaned or stocked.
Huge sinkhole right in the middle of the parking lot, by the gasoline islands. It's been like that for 2 months.
This should be the highest volume store in the capitol district with it's location. It's the only place that supports the Port of Albany and the truck traffic from all the industry nearby.
It's too bad it's so horribly managed.
For what it's worth, the staff is polite and friendly. ~Steve
