Wendy's

After I ordered a baked potato with cheese and bacon and then was charged, they then tell me they ran out and was replaced with soggy lumpy disgusting cheese fries. I was very Upset with that bc one of the cashiers tell me they will refund me 2 dollars and another then said no its the same price. I just said forget it and just left it at that, but that was bad customer service on their part, and the Manager was ignoring in the back like it wasn't his business. Like I said bad customer service. Will never go there again. ~ladydee

AT&T Store

I want to clarify that the ATnT store in Delmar/Glenmont now. I want to make sure that is understood. The gentleman's name is escaping me but he was tremendously helpful. Stopped in with an issue to my tablet and Phone. Very helpful, very nice. And, unlike other stores very knowledgeable. Most At&t stores in this area are HORRIBLE. The East Greenbush store in particular is horrible. I stopped going there years ago. Staff was clueless, not nice and not an helpful. Hopefully they have changed. But I wouldn't try it again. ~Steven

Cumberland Farms, Inc

I've been going here for 10 years. In the last 9 months, it has been absolutely loathsome. The diesel pumps didn't work half the time so I started buying my fuel down the hill. Today I went to get DEF only and pump 28 was dead and failed to dispense product after dinging my credit card. When I asked the young man at the counter about it, he said, "yeah, that's been broken for a while." "How about a sign on the pump?" Blank stare. They're always out of something as far as food, cigarettes or beer goes. They don't carry the speciality coffees like all the other Cumbys in the Northeast do. Bathrooms out of order, or when they work, barely cleaned or stocked. Huge sinkhole right in the middle of the parking lot, by the gasoline islands. It's been like that for 2 months. This should be the highest volume store in the capitol district with it's location. It's the only place that supports the Port of Albany and the truck traffic from all the industry nearby. It's too bad it's so horribly managed. For what it's worth, the staff is polite and friendly. ~Steve

Bethlehem Auto Services

Honest shop with great communication and fair prices. Scheduling tire replacement and oil change was easy. Although the shop couldn't order the tires for me, due to shortage with their supplier, I was able to have tires from an online retailer shipped to their address. After I thought I missed their closing time to pick up my car (6PM on a Friday), John called to say they were still there and to make sure that I could pick up my car before the weekend. Services: Oil change, Tires ~Chris

SEFCU

Went to deposit cash in their ATM in the morning and it ate my money without crediting it to the account. I was told that they will try and fix it but it wouldn't be until either the end of the day or the next day. I asked if they could credit the money to my account since it was an error on their end and they said no. More or less got told that I'm on my own until someone can come look at the ATM. It's not like I deposited the money in their direct ATM because I had to get groceries and stuff like that. Awful. ~Christopher
