I agree with the other posters. I got a text saying today was the last day to pick something up. The automated system says tomorrow. I'm not sure I can make it today. I was on hold for an hour. I might expect this from a government agency but not from a private business.

Manager Jennet have no idea what the customer service is. She is extremely rude when I asked her about return policy. She definitely needs more training.

December 10 Time : 1:00 pm I haven’t been to this CVS in a while and I noticed this new employee name Elena or Alana . Nevertheless great customer service from this outstanding young lady . I’m an older woman which I require the use of my cane . I was struggling to obtain this item and Alana came in with a bight smile and helped me . She even saw that I tripped and ask if I was okay and if she could take my groceries . Now this is customer service !!! I will definitely be coming back . Definitely hire more employees like this . Alana deserves employee of the year .

Literally the worst pharmacy I have ever used. I called the pharmacy on 10/29/21. On hold for over an hour and one half! Called from my other phone to ask if the manager in the front could ask the pharmacy to answer their phone. Got 15 minutes of why she could not go to the rear of the store and ask them to answer. I was directed to call corporate-yet another 45 minute hold (after being transferred 3 times)! Today 11/1/21 on hold for over an hour only to be disconnected...called back as of now, I've been on hold for 30 minutes with the pharmacy and 15 minutes with corporate. The worst ever!! Too bad I had to give one star. I actually rate them negative -100*'s.

Disappointing customer service at the pharmacy. I don't understand why people can't be friendly, especially when giving bad news. Jessica was abrupt and rude from the start of our interaction. This is not the right position for her.

They tried to go digital and didn’t work out. Machine made me stand there for 15 minutes waiting for an employee they clearly lacked. I just left the stuff i was trying to buy and bailed. Was inconvenient, counter productive, and annoying.

They were understaffed and unable to fulfill a prescription sent to them from Los Robles Hospital. I was abandoned at the drop-off window and then I left because I could no longer wait standing up. Update: I docked another star because CVS is trying to give me way more medication than I need at one time. I even received medication that I'm not supposed to take at all.

It is very hard to get any help from this place especially from the pharmacy department. They don't know what they have or what they don't have at the store. What a wasting of time. I felt being ignored by the pharmacy staffs for 20 mins like a statue before I gave up. What an unpleasant place.

Great Pharmacists and staff... Some of the other reviews are uncalled for and flat out discriminatory. My family has received nothing but outstanding help and service from Tech Sylvia and Dr. Erika - for years now.

This pharmacy is pretty awful. The younger female pharmacist in her 30's is so unbelievably rude. She should be fired just for how she conducted herself on the phone alone. You can tell she absolutely hates her job and all the customers she has to help as well. But there is one very nice lady pharmacist that does work there which is the reasoning on why I gave this 2 stars instead of 1. She is kind and helpful, a bit older than the rude pharmacist with dark hair, for those who are reading this that want to be able to identity the actual helpful employee at the pharmacy.
