After reading all the reviews I thought this would be the best place to get help with the paint for my home. When I came in and asked if they could assist me with finding a color similar to the one I had photos of, the employee just told me “no” and didn’t offer me any further assistance. I’m not sure who is working there on the days that the other reviewers are receiving this supposed excellent service, but I certainly didn’t get it.

I came here to find a stain I bought from here 12 years ago. The salesperson was able to find the formula on a 15 yr old computer they had there. He was then able to transfer the formula to a newer computer to make me the product. Thank You BM.. Great customer service.

We had our house painted three years ago. Unfortunately the painters did not leave behind any leftover paint and I had a few touchup areas. I was greeted by the most friendly guy named Doug. He searched high and low in the computer for my previous purchases but unfortunately this particular color was not listed. He offers a service to come to your home and color match your paint. He has an app on his phone with a device that identifies paint colors. Trouble is, he got a different color reading on just about every area he tested. It was determined the painters probably watered down the paint to make it go further. No surprise. He was committed to get it right and after testing just about every wall in my home, he suggested taking a piece of the wall in a discreet area to match it. Keep in mind, the area he took could have been watered down paint or not. Doug was called to work at a different location the next morning but wouldn’t you know, he spent the time to create my sample can before he left and it was ready for me when I arrived. I have to tell you, I don’t think the color could be any more perfect unless it had come out of the original can. The picture attached shows proof of that. Keep in mind it’s not even completely dry. I have another area in my home that I painted and you can’t tell that it’s been touched up at all. Thank you so much Doug! Terrific service and a super nice guy!

Outstanding paint store. Great experience!!! Friendly and knowledgeable about colors. The Nelson’ s are masters in finding the right color. John went out of his way to finally match the color I wanted. He even came to our house to see what colors were best for us. I would HIGHLY recommend their service and products.

These guys are wonderful! We went in for Benjamin Moore paint and came out with several solutions to a couple of refurbishing projects we are working on currently. Very knowledgeable staff and they can talk with the DIYers as well as the professionals. As an added bonus the quarts of paint we went in for were actually cheaper than the Behr at Home Depot. Will pretty much only shop paint here from now on

Outstanding, they go out of the way to provide exceptional service anyway they can. Jon is very knowledgeable in products and understands the paint trade exceptionally well. They get rather busy with customers coming in left and right. Some people get upset that they haven't been helped due to the fact that they're so busy but its definitely worth the wait. Our paint company wouldn't be what it is without the help of Decor and they're knowledge. They carry a vast of specialty products and by far surpass the service at Dunn Edwards. Benjamin Moore paint is the top of the line paint you can get and if you want the best come to Decor without a doubt!!

Decor West and its sister store, Decor Color & Design, have been wonderful. The amazingly patient, Jon, helped me pick out a large house full of colors knowing that all the paint would be bought out-of-state. He helped me match 20 year old colors from companies that no longer exist and helped me created custom colors. I may not be able to find the perfect Benjamin Moore color, but I'll ALWAYS buy Benjamin Moore paint and try to buy it from Decor. All the guys in the TO store are great and I couldn't have done this project without them! Thanks!!
