Manager Jennet have no idea what the customer service is. She is extremely rude when I asked her about return policy. She definitely needs more training. ~Julia

Terrible terrible terrible customer service at this pharmacy. The only thing they know how to do is send you notices that your prescription is ready when you didn’t order any and it’s not even on auto refill. When you call them you are guaranteed to wait on hold 10 minutes or more before anyone answers. I guess they don’t care as I see many reviews wit a 1 or 2 rating. I’m changing pharmacies. Who needs this aggravation. ~Tom
