Not very friendly. Home Depot uses them for installs and it’s like a bother to deal with customers. Service manager was also rude which made me laugh when I heard his title.

Do not use these guys. They used a crowbar to remove old countertops. They misaligned our cabinets by doing so. Then we were told to fix it ourseleves did that and now they are charing us a fee of $504 to level it even though it is in 1/4th of an inch for 3 cm Granite and will not cut out our sink even though we paid it through home depot. See pictures below

I was told to buy a sink, have it shipped to them and that they would bring it the day they installed our counters. They only brought the base, and left the other parts to the sink at their office. I was quite okay with that, people make mistakes. My plumber was coming the next day to install the sink, they assured me it would be fine, I was leary, i called Stephanie they day my sink was suppose to be installed and she said that's all the plumber would need. Well. The plumber needed other parts that Intelco had forgot, ended up charging me $187 more, now Intelco wont pay the difference. REALLY?... you people forgot MY parts. I paid them over $7k, and they wont pay my extra plumbing bill .i even sent them a receipt. They said it was not clear enough, it was,plenty clear! Now, as I do this review, I can see why they have 3 stars!

Quartz countertop was installed yesterday. Patrick and his team were wonderful. Patrick was professional in the installation as well as explaining techniques and processes to the rest of his crew. Everything looks amazing.

Bought a countertop through Home Depot. After install, I Did not realize I only got a one year warranty. How disappointing. They don’t even stand by their product. I ordered a rounded edge so I wouldn’t have a seam at the edge. But instead of rounding the Formica over the “rounded” edge they used two pieces and a seam is there. They also put a seam right where the sink is, the wettest part of the the countertop. Then the installer proceeded to tell me that they used a lesser quality wood material on the small piece of countertop that goes between my stove and my refrigerator. Never again.

Intelco is terrible. I had a countertop installed by them that I bought through Home Depot. Less than 1 year after the installation and the laminate is chipping and peeling. While he depot tried to make it right and gave me a menial refund of what I paid them, intelco refused to stand by their product. They will not replace the damaged sections nor will they offer compensation. Horrible product and horrible customer service.

Wanted to get a counter top done through Home Depot and this is the third party vendor they are using. Some of the worst service I have ever seen in my life. They will only give a day and you have to be there for measurement and installation the whole time. The installer dropped the quartz on my hardwood floor, which clearly caused substantial damage to the floor. TBD on their repair. Hopefully they'll just comp me because working with them for a fix will be a pain in the ass. Installer also parked his truck in the middle of the road for 3 hours which is clearly irresponsible and should not be allowed. I know this is South Philly and parking is a pain, but there are empty lots nearby. Blocking the street for 3+ hours shouldn't really be an option and reflects poorly on me the home owner. They also refused to install due to unlevel cabinets and charged $250 for leveling. I sort of understand this, but when the installer came out he said they could have just shimmed the granite which is what I requested in the first place. They also mis-measured a backsplash, so now they have to come out again with a new one to install and I have to wait more time until that is fixed. Scheduling is weeks out and they still will only give me a day and are requiring me to be their despite it simply being the placement of a backsplash a job I could do myself more easily than dealing with them. It's a five minute job, they should be able to just put me at begining of the day, but their day doesn't start until 9am. Putting the first stop around 10 the last stop is totally unknown.
