Terrible experience. I purchased a truck over 60 days ago and they still haven't provided the proper paperwork to transfer my title and new license plate. I now have an new vehicle that I can't drive. Once I signed paperwork they aren't concerned with fulfilling their obligations for title documentation or customer service to get this resolved. I would find another dealer to work with.

DO NOT take your vehicle to their service center. They will waste your money and time. They kept our vehicle for unnecessary amount of days and wasn't able to resolve the problem. We returned our vehicle 3 times to Brad, which he charged our warranty over $6,000.00 for repairs that didn't solve our issue. Brad recieve over $6,000.00 over 3 visits BEFORE he finally told us be wasn't able to fix the issue. The BIGGEST WASTE OF OUR TIME AND WASTE OF MONEY. NEVER YOUR VEHICLE HERE, YOUR BETTER STAYING FAR AWAY.

Serviced our jeep nicked the paint ,left bolts and fasteners out of my car and flipped the washer hoses so when you turned the windshield washer on it sprayed the rear and likewise when rear was used sprayed the front. repair was so bad it seemed intentional.

Sales team is the best group of guys I have worked with in buying a car. Bill Zivic I worked with personally. He was patient and acted as if I was the only customer in the dealership (there were many customers). The Manager, Anthony Cameron, also came over to personally check on my experience and car. He cared deeply and insured he put the customer first. I will not buy a car from any other dealership!!

I brought my Wrangler in for transaxle and differential fluid changes and the team there was outstanding! They got my vehicle in right away and diagnosed the issue I was experiencing free of charge. Amy was very pleasant and kept me posted on the status of the service without having to inquire. Dean the Service Manger picked me up after the service was completed and was such a nice guy. Being new to the area, I lucked out on bringing my vehicle to them for service and will surely bring it back for the next.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! A special shout-out goes to Nick DeAugustine and Brent in Finance! These two are the most patient, understanding and hardworking and personable salesman I have ever encountered. Me and my mother were not east customers. We had specific requirements and after 8 hours of my indecisive behind, they made my dream a reality. We were a lot, we were annoying and we were time consuming - I know Brent and Nick were frustrated but not once did it show in their face or actions. They showed empathy, effort and I really felt like they cared! Because if Brent and Nick. Diehl has earned a lifetime customer. They are seriously amazing! Give those guys a raise ;) thank you Diehl!

We bought 2 vehicles here over the past few years and get our vehicles serviced here all the time. I just took it in for a faulty tire pressure sensor and I couldn't believe how they gave the vehicle back to me especially after waiting 4 hours for them to do such a simple task. I will never go back and advise all to stay away. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because our previous experiences were great when they were car right. Just look at my pictures and you will see the greasy handprints all over the vehicle, the missing tire valve cap and the scratches on the inside door panel. Never again! Ps, my previous review was glowing
