They staff were very kind and helpful! They didn't have the economy car I ordered, but upgraded us to a brand new Jeep instead! We loved it! I will definitely rent again from Budget! Easy to get out of pretty quickly if you're just buying a few things. Prices are higher here versus other stores. Fuelperks are a nice saving. Pharmacy can get busy at times. A lot of vegetarian and vegan products are available here. ~Megan

Most experiences ok but some employees tell us store is closed in middle of the day every once and a while it's in the morning and sometimes the afternoon also they tend to stick a trash can Infront of the door while outside smoking and will even say the store is closed then to get you out of there even though it's 930 in the morning what kinda comstomer service is that ~Joseph

Don't ever buy gas there. Three times over the last few years I've bought premium from them for my classic cars. All three times I've ended up breaking down, having to be towed home. Each time same problem, water in the gas. So each time I've had to drain the tank, flush the lines, replace the fuel filters, and rebuild the carburetors. ~Michael

Make sure you get a receipt! My sister went in this evening, 11/23/21, and didn't pay attention to how much money she gave him. Her bill came to around $10 and she gave the clerk $25. He only gave her back $0.40. She is 12. Her, my older sister, and my dad all argued with this man on how much he was given and that he owes her money back. He argued and yelled at them to prove it. This is not the first time he's done something like this. He tried it with my mom before and lost the battle. My mom called the store and got him after my sisters returned to the house and he hung up on her. ~Courtney

This is by far the worst branch of citizens that I have ever dealt with. I had an issue with a check taking a long time to clear from PNC called citizens 3 times was told each time that Nate would look into it and call me back immediately. On my 4th phone call they said there was nothing they could do. I called the Citizens inside the moon giant eagle and they said they’d look into it and call me back……great I thought. 10 minutes later they called and said they would remove all overdraft fees that were caused by the thorn run branch improperly handling my funds (which thorn run refused to do). If you’re going to bank with citizens deal with the branch in the moon giant eagle. They have the best customer service, branch manager and they truly go out of their way to make sure you’re satisfied. ~Ryan
