The nail techs always do a good job. Micheal is funny. He invites his clients into his office which is the nail station... And Kevin is always calm and nice. The young lady who did my nails was very sweet and polite. Sorry I didnt get your name but thank you for helping me find a ring fingernail color (auburn). You did a great job!

The first time I came with my sister to get a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great, but the young guy who started my manicure left his seat and went outside to smoke for several minutes!! While my sister got a full manicure, I waited and was only able to get my nails filed, so I left without a manicure. The second time I came for a gel manicure. The tech did very minimal work on my nails and absolutely ignored my cuticles. Two days later the gel had already chipped! Mind you I had done very light work (paperwork and computer work) in the interim. When using light to filter through to the back of my nails I could see that every one of them were very unevenly coated. They were willing to fix the chipped nail, but since the rest were unevenly coated I decided to go somewhere else to get them completely redone so that I don’t risk my natural nails breaking.

Worst experience, especially as a first time customer! Went in for a pedicure that lasted about 10 minutes. The guy seemed like he wasn’t interested in doing the pedicure from the get go. Had me in the chair soaking my feet while he was outside smoking. The warm towel that is placed on your legs was just ran through both legs. The massage on your legs was like just putting on lotion. Just Horrible horrible horrible! Service: Pedicure

Gel nails started chipping next day. All but one fingernail came off during first week. Had these done for for out of town special occasion and they were horrible. Could not go back in for redo as was out of town. When I went in the next week they would not refund even half of the charge of $77.00. Said would redo nails. But what good was that? I had already come home from out of town. Horrible gel manicure and poor customer service. Go to another nail salon! Services: Manicure, Pedicure, Gel manicures

Me and my two daughters when in. We made an appointment at 4:15, one of my daughters and I got a pedicure had our feet soaked in for quit a while. My other daughter wanted her nails done. Literally by the time they where done with our pedicures. We were still waiting for my other daughters nails. Other people kept walking in and out and they where sitting them done like nothing. While they kept telling us 5 minutes 5 more minutes. Service: Acrylic nails
