New staff could be a bit more helpful. Some of the techs judge and treat people like they’re drug seekers when picking up controlled medications. Pharmacist is rude. I love my Smith’s but the help in the pharmacy has gone way down.

Recently tested positive for the flu. All Walgreens/Walmart pharmacies in Valencia county were out of Tamiflu (I even checked a few Albuquerque pharmacies). Smiths was the only pharmacy with Tamiflu. Pharmacist/techs were really nice and helpful in transferring and filling my prescription ASAP! Highly recommend!

My dad just got his vaccine there and they let him go home right away, they told him he didn't need to wait, 20 mins after we left he started feeling sick. Doctor said he was having anaphylactic shock. Every other place I know that's giving the vaccine tells people to wait for awhile to make sure there okay but I guess smith's doesn't do this. Horrible pharmacy.

The Smiths pharmacy in Los Lunas is the greatest. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I won't go to any other pharmacy. I been with them for so many years and it has never changed only for the better.
