This review applies to the pharmacy only. Rude and disrespectful pharmacy staff, long wait times and hard time getting medications refilled. I switched to Albertsons and have had a breeze using them, and although they are a bit further they are nicer, more professional, faster, and they deliver upon request! Walgreens used to say they couldn’t help you with delivery requests over the phone. Recently took a chance after leaving urgent care with a kidney infection to have it filled here because it was close to home and I was in so much pain. Huge mistake!! It’s been several hours and it’s still not ready, plus they were rude as usual. I had to go through the trouble of transferring it to where I should have had it sent in the first place, Albertsons. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT fill medications under any circumstances with this Walgreens.

However, hours have been adjusted. Since the change it’s hard for people to pick up prescriptions. The adjusted hours state that the Pharmacy is open Monday-Saturday. Today is Friday and there was sign stating that stated the Pharmacy was CLOSED. This is not Business Operations, you don't pick and choose when you work... I am prescribed benzodiazepines and narcotics, BUT I have a Pharmacy/Pharmacist/Corporation who does not care about my health, wellness or well being. This is about the pharmacy. My friend went to pick up prescription. We were last in line for almost 15 minutes in the drive-thru. In the five seconds that it took to drive up to window (at 7pm exactly) when car ahead left, the pharmacy closed up the window. We rang the buzzer to get their attention as they pretended not to see us and a female worker came up to the window. My friend told her that she knew they saw us in their huge mirror that faces the cars in line and the worker told her, "It's 7:00 and we're shutting down". Really! they couldn't stay open to do one more transaction that would have taken less than 5 minutes. They really need to practice customer service. Especially being their service has been poor for quite a while now.

Pharmacist is terrible doesnt keep monthly meds in stock ...Hours of operation is like the weather , a constant change ... serving everyone this side of Hwy314 and not doing it very well WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS LOCATION ... There are ALWAYS more than 3 people waiting to talk to the pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't get thru, takes more than 3 days to fill ANY prescription!!!!!! What happened to you walgreens!!!!!! I just called to find out about a script I refilled from the website, the guy tells me there is no script for it, that he is looking at my profile and yet when I look online, there it is!!!!!!! My script!!!!!!!! These stores are going downhill!

I was left on hold trying to speak to a real person 4 different times. An hour, 40 minutes, 23 minutes and 20, all in the same day. Contacted store, asked for Manager and spoke to Amy, the so called Asst Mgr. She told me there was no one to answer phone in Pharmacy because they are too busy. Being VERY frustrated at this point, a asked to have someone return my call. 2 hrs later, I called again. I was told someone might call me tomorrow. Or I could call back! Unbelievable! I asked how? Since there is no one to answer the phone! She HUNG up on me. I will move all prescriptions to Walmart where patrons are treated with respect! As a place of business, if they cant handle the amount of prescriptions, they need to let people know, or close their doors. Worst service ever!
