After some bad experiences with mechanics I was a little bit gun shy but decided to take my 2007 Honda fit to a Honda dealership to see if they could figure out what was going on. Within a couple hours the technician nailed down what the problem was, identified that improper parts were used by the other mechanics, and my car is running better than it has in years. The service manager Denise Purcell was so helpful, listened well, and her communication and follow up were really great. Definitely know where I’m taking my car next time it has work to be done.

Steve here at Price was probably the absolute best experience I’ve ever had with a salesman. He wasn’t pushy at all, he was very easy to chat with and made the experience as easy as possible. I’ve had a terrible time finding a good car this time around & so I’m so happy I found this place. Everyone was pleasant and they worked hard to find me a great bank for my loan with a lower interest rate than what I had before. Thanks Steve!

I appreciate McMinnville Honda. Leo and Denice the service manager and assistant are truly kind and helpful. Taking our Honda in for general Maint is always easy and they don’t push things on you, rather they explain and show you if something should be repaired or replaced (inside cabin filters, air filters and lights). Thank you. I had something with my car as it wouldn’t start, out in a new battery and thought I had better have them makes sure something is not pulling on the battery or if perhaps the starter or alternator was acting up. They had it for a day and could not find anything wrong …yeah, but unfortunately if the starter goes out it will be over $800 to replace it so I can brace myself for that or do it myself LOL. Wry nice to deal with and I appreciate their sense of humor and help. Thank you all for working so hard and taking care of me.

Denise was amazing ! She worked on my parts warranty claim for me even though my extended warranty was done by Lithia Honda. Her service department was not able to work on my car under this type of warranty. She still called in my claim and set me up so I could get started over at Lithia. My air conditioning unit will now be covered completely thanks to Denise. I live in McMinnville now and will continue to go to Price Honda for my future service needs. Amazing customer service !!!!

Mark & his service staff were amazing. I’ve had issues with dealership service centers over charging or doing work they didn’t need to because we as customers don’t know about cars. Anyway McMinville Honda’s service staff did only what they needed, got me in & out quickly. I appreciate their professionalism & will have them service my Honda more often. Thank you

I brought in my car because it was making a weird noise and I thought the extended warranty would cover it. When I question Denise Percell about the warranty coverage instead of trying go over it like a professional should she was very condescending, abrasive towards me and it made me feel like she was wasting her time. She looked like she was having a bad day from the get go. I felt this was such a horrible customer service to vie for a manager that she "supposed to be" her coworker was kinder, but when I left outside I could see they wore both snickering at my questioning the warranty service. It made me feel humiliated. So I went back inside and I told her I don't want anything done to my car. I waited and waited for my car. I stood in front of her more than 8 minutes I ask how long to get my car? She just pass me and went outside. That my friends its Denise Percell who doesn't treat all her customers equally she she picks and chooses who to be nice and giddy to. How sad just because we are hurting of stuff Honda went and hired and made her a manager getting paid to treat their customers horribly
