Recently purchased a 2022 Honda Accord. The experience was really good. The initial sales sheet came out with a LOT of upsells, but I looked through it and explained what I wanted and what I didn’t and they came back with exactly what I asked for. The service was great and I was in and out pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend!

This is our second vehicle purchased from Wilsonville Honda. The choosing of our Honda CR-V Touring was a great experience. No pressure, just leisurely walking indoors thru the inventory. The actual purchase of the auto was a different experience than we've had before. Our salesperson was relatively new to the agency and took us on a 3 and a half hour journey through needless rhetoric and constant necessity of speaking with her manager. We were paying cash for the car and yet we were drawn through a "finance" presentation. It took much time to go through the warranty products and etc. What should have been an hour of completion took 3 times the amount of time. Over all, we enjoyed the people we met and got a fair deal on the vehicle.

Both Taylor and Adam made the car buying experience a breeze. Their knowledge and expertise made the experience east. The no pressure to buy made the difference. They both were very patient and helpful through the whole process. Adam let us test drive a couple of car and ultimately we ended up with our first choice. So,so,so much better than the other honda dealerships in the area. Honestly felt zero pressure from not one but everyone I talked with. They all answered my questions and fought to lock in the lowest rates possible without the insane onslaught of add ons and trying to sell the extra goodies. No problem going back to this dealership in the future. And their coffee machine was pretty legit

Had a great experience at Parker Johnstone’s - No pressure from Anthony or Cameron to make a decision about purchasing, but we did! Thoroughly love our brand new ‘22 CR-V. Can’t wait to put some miles on it. Highly recommend for your next Honda. They have a huge selection of used vehicles in great condition as well.

Our third Honda and second purchase from this dealership. In a crazy overpriced market right now, go to a dealer who doesn’t price gouge and treats you well. I can’t recommend this place enough! We had to wait a bit for our vehicle to arrive but this was due to wanting a very specific trim style and accessories added on. Ana (and Taylor) kept us updated with shipping updates and making sure our vehicle was exactly what we wanted. The whole process was straightforward and easy and both times we’ve purchased here we got what we wanted for a fair price without the extra “markups” so many other dealerships are pulling. By far the classiest Honda dealer in town!

Kristina was awesome to deal with, she’s a rock star and likely the reason why I enjoyed my first visit so much! I shopped at half a dozen dealerships around the greater Portland/Vancouver area, and I'm so grateful I won't have to do that again - Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda is the only one that I will shop at, no question. Even in this tight car market, everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. Rainer Jonas was an absolute DREAM to work with as a salesperson. Knowledgeable, realistic, responsive, and just a pleasure to get to know. I really felt like he was my advocate, and had my back the whole time I was in the hunt for the elusive CR-V Hybrid. When one arrived that hadn't been spoken for, Rainer was on it immediately and snagged it for me. I truly enjoyed every minute of the car buying experience. Sales Manager (former Finance Manager) Matt O'Neal was also incredibly patient, helpful, and resourceful in getting me financed when my own credit union let me down (I haven't bought a car in 18 years so they assumed I never had - Hondas last forever if you take care of them, what can I say???). It took longer than they expected, but I got a rate and loan terms that were better than I could have imagined. I am actually looking forward to driving from the east side of Portland to go to their service department, too. Everything is bright, airy, and pleasant - no horrible chemical smell like I've experienced at several other dealerships in the area. The attitude and demeanor of every single person I saw there was friendly and helpful across the board - and THAT is the kind of business that I will support every time.
