I brought in my own fluids as I have a BMW X3. They normally do not service BMW. They even let me run a system flush which was an additional 15 minute process.

Called them 8 times. First 7, they either didn't answer or immediately hung up on me. On the 8th try, I started talking as soon as they picked up the phone. Finally got to ask my question about their service, which was answered in an extremely rude and condescending tone. I then asked her why she kept hanging up on me. Was told that they get a lot of telemarketers, and she didn't recognize my number (I have a Texas area code). So, she just kept ignoring my calls and/or hanging up on me! Being relatively new to Sutherlin, I had been told to stay away from this business. Now I know why! What a stupid way to run a business, I wouldn't let these morons anywhere near my car.

Started Leaking oil from the time they did the oil change and I didn't know why, but I changed my own oil and found the reason why! Loose oil filter and the drain plug was finger tight! for 35 dollars for a 4qt motor and a filter.... do it yourself and save 10 bucks and maybe your motor
