Very professional, got me in the same week, didn’t try to upsell me on anything and did a great job installing my amp and subs. It took a little longer than quoted but it wasn’t an issue at all. I appreciate them not rushing and doing a thorough job. Would definitely recommend!

I want to start off by saying that I have been in Rockdale county for over 30 years. During this 30 years I have never posted a bad review for an business that I have dealt with. So this will be the first one. This company was very unorganized, very unprofessional and completely lied to me. They did not even finish the work that I asked to be done. The person at the front desk wanted to blame his Service Techs instead of taking on the responsibility. I didn't deal with the Service Techs this morning when I dropped off the vehicle.They quoted me wrong prices and I was basically out of $165 for nothing. They even had the nerve to blame COVID for the problems with the company. Beware stay away.

20 years ago sound pro in Conyers installed a stereo system in my truck and it still works the same as the day it was installed. I finally had to replace the fuse holder to the battery due to the plastic holder cracking with age. Great job. Highly recommend their service. Also gave me a new fuse holder at no charge .

Do Not!! I repeat Do not!!! Go to this place!!! This is really a zero star… This place is very unprofessional…my husband just picked up his car today. We have been dealing with them for three weeks now. We paid for the amp $400-$500 replacement only to find out the radio was the problem. Jody told us they wouldn’t charge the $165 for the radio since they didn’t check it the first time when we came for the amp.. we had to constantly call them… they never called us for updates about the radio… let alone that the car was finished!!! And then when we picked up the car today he charged my husband the $165 even though he told him two weeks ago that he was not going to charge for their mistake!!! I understand they had to charge for installing but you lied to his face about the $165… We will absolutely not be going back here and will definitely steer anyone away from this unprofessional place!! Zero stars!!! Sorry business!!!!

Great place to get your audio music installed. The owner mr John is always helpful. He will answer any questions you may have. I always come here to spend my money. Nice clean install. And the sound is amazing. Sound Pro was able to give me what I wanted and still stay in my price range. My car is a 2021 Toyota Corolla SE.

I was very satisfied with my experience!! I had went and got my speakers done at a different auto place and I had went through two sets of speaks in a two month time period. When I called to talk and ask some questions about what to do he was very helpful to me. He made me feel like he was truly listening to me. He also was very honest with me. Now that I have went to him they made me an appointment 2 days later :) When i got there I did not have to wait my car was taken straight to the back and everything was figured out. I was explained everything they did and why the old one was not working!! I will most definitely be coming back for anything with my car modifications!! :) The environment was great to and amazing people!! :) Will be recommending people and getting the rest done for my car!!

Great knowledge on electronics and good professionalism. I've had my Silverado and my Trailblazer SS done with them. I have my 66 Impala SS Coupe scheduled with them. Could not be happier with the outcome.
