This is the place to go when you need a battery. Of course you can pick up those AA and AAA and 9V batteries anywhere, or the handful of very common button cell sizes such as LR44, but what happens when that smart home device needs this odd battery type that you've never seen, or your riding lawn mower needs something that just isn't on Wal-Mart's shelf? This is where you go. I've needed all sorts of odd batteries including an AAAA which I'd never even heard of and some weird little short battery for my Ring mailbox sensor, and not once have I ever walked into this store with one of these oddballs in hand and left without a new one. I bought my last car battery there because the price was good and they were easy to get to. I got my lawn mower battery there because it was more convenient than the auto parts store. Let me also add that the staff in the store are always super helpful, usually approaching me to help find that odd battery before I've spent much time scanning along the several walls and aisles to figure out where it might be. They usually know how the store is laid out. When you need that car battery, they will bring out the meters to test your existing one and help swap it. I haven't had much occasion yet to look for various bulbs, but I don't doubt the same would be true of bulbs. Maybe when I get motivated to replace my car's bulbs with LEDs, this is the place to go.

Apparently Conyers not open on Saturday. Have left numerous messages and not one return call... Tried the website but couldn't get details on the battery I was looking for, so I tried ,(repeatedly) to call the store and no answer....

Shopper be cautious. Went here to get a replacement key FOB. I was told someone would call when it arrived. I did not get a call but called and found that it had arrived. I was told that I could come in to get it programmed by the technician. I visited them twice during the hours given to see the technician only to be told each time that the tech had to leave for other business. I asked about getting an appointment since the technician was hard to catch. Was told I could come in the next day but that changed before I could leave after they learned the tech would not be in. Finally after being seriously frustrated about getting service for an expensive purchase, I was able to make an appointment, something it seems they don't usually do. I called the corporate office to make them aware of things in the hope that my next visist would be productive. Went to my appointment. Met the technician. Chose to get a full refund after waiting an hour and being told that my key could not be programmed due to an issue with their system that required it to update. The technician was waiting for the system to update but it was taking a long time. The excuses I received included there being only one person who is trained to do the programming due to staffing issues and that the company is under new ownership and is working to make sure that all employees are trained to meet their quality standards for service. Whatever the case may be this location is not ready to provide FOB replacement and programming service at this time. Should you choose to use them for this service be sure to ask about how long the process will take and how do they accommodate or schedule you when it is time to get the programming done. Also ask if they have the software need for you specific car key model to be updated. Hopefully customer accountability will help accelerate the needed improvements. ____ 18 days wasted

I was very disappointed I spoke with a young lady the day before and her personality came through the phone as someone nice, friendly and that this was the place to come for all my battery needs. I informed her my priority was getting batteries for key Forbes for my car and to replace a battery in a watch that was not a standard one for replacement. After informing of my type vehicle and what types watches I have she replied " That no problem we can do it." However, the next day I drove about 25 miles to be told my the young there on last Sunday he could not replace batteries for any of my watches one was just an inexpensive watch from Macy's and the other was not a standard watch for battery replacement. The man said he might could have replaced the batteries for the watches but if it was too busy to try ( myself and two other customers were in the shop at that.) I was in a loss for words!

I love this place for batteries and a lot of other cool tech type stuff! They have batteries for everything! The staff is great, some very sweet girls in there, very helpful and eager to help get you straightened out with any fob that needs a battery! I went for the forever free for $19.99! A great deal especially if you are keeping your car a while!
