I am a night shift police officer here in the City of Conyers. Our shop isn’t ever open when the night shift officers are here so this auto zone has been my go to, several times! Almost every single time I come up here needing help with my patrol car, Jason has been my saving grace. He is always so professional and helps me in any way he can. Tonight, I struggled with a headlight that kept blowing and when I was trying to change it, couldn’t get it to come out for the life of me. Jason came outside without any hesitation and worked his butt off to help me get that headlight out. He was able to get it removed and now I am back on the road with both my headlights working. Thanks for being my saving grace Jason! You’ll always have my business!

Took my battery in to be charged, the guy said to leave it on the counter amd come back in a hour- hour and a half and walk off. I came back a hour later and the battery was in the same spot and he said he just took it off but yet he working a different register. He said the battery was bad and I needed a new battery (I just bought this battery a few months ago) and told him I didn't think he charged it and I was gonna take it somewhere else. The battery works fine after being charged. They liars just trying to sell stuff you don't need

I came in this auto zone a few days ago and the associate dorothy had such a horrible attitude. I never experienced such terrible customer service! Hopefully next time I get someone a little nicer. At least the store was clean. One thing i can say it was a speedy transaction.

Horrible customer service. I placed an online order that showed all needed parts were in stock. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call stating one of the parts would be delivered tomorrow(Sun) and that I could pick up all parts around lunch. I arrived Sun around 1:15p. The part still had not arrived. I said that's fine, but I would have appreciated a phone call just like I did the day before. The young lady, Aaliyah, at the register responds "you could have called too." When asked to speak with a manager she informed me that she is the manager. Perhaps Aaliyah missed Customer Service 101. Some retraining is in order at this point.
